Work as one teamPicking just one value for Jared is hard because he exemplifies so many. Not only does he work with us all as one team, he clearly has a bias for action and passion for results. For any given issue, Jared is able to lead us to a resolution that works and does so quickly. He is always friendly and I can't express how much I appreciate the constant support he gives to our CSRs and to the leaders. Jared is a huge asset to Nationwide and I am so glad he's part of the Lynchburg team!
