lights,fuel-efficientcookstoves,alternativefuels,waterpurifiersandwaterheaters.NLA,operatingunderthelocalbrandHEYA!inKenya,planstobuildawidelydistributedsaleschannelthroughlocalagents,withaggressiveplanstoofferfinancinginthesalesprocess,fromlocalretailertoendconsumer.

VashamJakarta,IndonesiaVashamleveragesaclosed-loopbusinessmodeltoprovideIndonesiansmallholderfarmswiththefinancing,expertise,incomesecurityandmarketlinkagetheyneedtoachievesignificantlybetterstandardsofliving.Vashamaggregatesandprovidesabundleofservicestosmallholder

farmersgrowingstaplecrops.Thoseservicesincludeinputandworkingcapitalloans,farmeradvisorythroughmobilechannelsandfieldofficers,andmarketlinkageatanabove-marketpricepremiumviaitsoff-takepartner.Vashamaimstoserveover100,000farmersacrossIndonesiaby2020.
