Good afternoon to one and all
Firstly I would like to introduce myself as some know SD and some doesn’t so,
Myself pardha saradhi of bbm 3rd yr sec b I no backlogs until now successfully cleared all my subjects
So I m here a member of streaks to present you a power in power point presentation,
So I’m here called for giving a presentation on presentation.
As we all are conducting Pd classes since 1st yr, roughly around 6 pds have conducted and around 13
presentations were served from our best.
And now I m here to present a presentation on presentation
The manner or style in which something is given, offered, or displayed
E.g. The demonstration or display of a product or idea.
SKILLS TO PRESENT
What are the skills to present a presentation?
Attitude public speaker….
For example Steve job is a famous corporate presenter…..
Primary duty of a presenter who presents a presentation is to be the expert
Remember that you know the subject and your material
Needs to know to understand what the audience wants to know about.
Clearly, powerfully prepare the message powerfully and deliver your message clearly.
Practice doing pilot test of the presentation is practicing.
Own style, don’t imitate use your own style, do not imitate anyone.
The most critical step in preparation is understanding the purpose.
Why what how what am I giving the presentation?
What do I want the audience know or to do at the end of the presentation?
How do I want the audience to feel

ATTENTION AND CONVINCING
Taking the attention of the audience and convincing them to listen to your presentation
Never apologize for anything wrong.
Make the audience think that they are going to be informed, entertained or enlightened.
Begin your speech with power.
Agenda. The outline “Tell them what you are going to tell them, Tell them, and Tell them what you just
told them’.
DELIVER the message what you promised in the shortest and most interesting way
Use stories and examples to grab the audience attention, connection and association.
Use intensity by tone of your voice, colors’ and bolds for visual intensity.
Repeat your main idea or begin with lets review the main points we’ve covered”
Last opprtunity to emphasize main points and the points must be strong and persuasive
