Check and handle NodeB Active alarms in real time (daily)
1. Check whether there exist Current alarms in physical topology window of M2000 Client. If Current alarms exist in one or more NodeB,then go to step2.
2. If Active alarms exist in one or more NodeB, quenry all Current alarms through query active alarm function in M2000 Client(Select follow options: NodeBs you want, active).
3. Handle all active alarms one by one(Handling process ref. help manual of alarm management system).
4. Record the symptoms, causes and handling process of relevant alarms in “3.2 NodeB Daily Maintenance Record” .
Enable the function of sending relevant alarms to the alarm box.
Use alarm query function in M2000 client Function Position: Fault->Query->Current Alm
Or
Select NodeBs with alarm indicator, then use quenry current alarm function of right button.

§4 Relative Concepts of Data FileWhat is the data file?
The data files of the NodeB contain its basic data information. They are
independent of the NodeB software: Data configuration file : it records NodeB configuration informationOperation log file : it records NodeB maintenance information. Equipment archives : it records manufacturing information of all
boards in the NodeB
What is the upload and download?
Upload: You can upload data files from the NodeB to the FTP Server for
viewing, modifying and saving. Upload has no impact on the NodeB
Download: You can download updated data files
from the FTP Server to the NodeB

§4 Configuration File Upload and Download
Transfer Type: How to select Upload and DownloadDirectory Name : To specify the directory of the configuration file for Upload and DownloadFTP Setting : To set the FTP Server for file upload and download
Note: The FTP Server has to work normally and connect properly to the NodeB in the same Intranet.
There shall be no firewall between the FTP Server and the Node
