• Commanding Officers:
• ensure accurate, fair and objective evaluations are provided to all officers under their command.
• Individual officers:• responsible for managing their own performance
• understand job expectations;• obtain sufficient performance feedback;• use guidance to meet or exceed standards.
No specific form/forum is prescribed for performance feedback.

• Seek performance expectations from Supervisor;
• Manage own performance / seek feedback;
• Prepare Sections 1 and 13 of OER;
• Provide list of accomplishments/awards to Supervisor (at least 21 days prior to end of period of report).
• Ensures OER coverage for every day of active duty.
