NEMA 4-4X ENCLOSURES 5412 ESSLCOil & dust tight lift off cover stainless steel enclosures

The 5412 ESSLC lift off cover,water oil and dust tight enclo-sures are used indoors or out-doors, in areas where a corro-sion problem may exists orwhere the enclosures may besubjected to hosing or to watercoming from any direction. Thebox and cover are made from 16GA (Type 304) stainless steelwith all seams continuouslywelded. A high quality roboticalypoured-in-place seamless gas-

ket ensures a complete anddurable water tight seal.Theopening has a curled lip aroundall sides to prevent drippingwater from entering when thedoor is open, it also increasesrigidity. A flange-mounted ¼ turnlock insures positive closingwhile leaving a full workablemounting surface on the door.The enclosure can be internallymounted or externaly mountedusing the included die cast wall

mounting feet. Each enclosurecomes complete with a 14 GAsteel flat inner panel whichmounts on welded nuts. Theenclosures’ exterior are unpaint-ed and brushed smooth. Theenclosures’ interior and panelsare finished with white heat fusedpolyester powder, electrostatical-ly applied on a phosphatizedbase. CSA Certified / UL ListedNEMA 4X / IP66
