WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTSProject MARTIN county, KENTUCKY

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, by thisNotice of Availability (NOA), advises the public that the Draft En-vironmental Assessment (DEA) for the Section 531 Martin CountyWater District Water System Improvements Project is complete andavailable for public review. The project is located in Martin County,Kentucky. A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is antici-pated for the proposed project. A Draft FONSI is included with theDEA for public review.In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)and 40 CFR 1501.4, the DEA and draft FONSI must be available tothe public in the affected area for thirty (30) days for review andcomment. Final determination regarding the need for additionalNEPA documentation will be made after the public review period,which begins on or about August 4, 2020. Copies of the documentsmay be viewed at the following location:
