Parkwood Apts Sell at $48,500 Per Unit

Strategic Realty Capital LLC sold the 160-unit Parkwood Apartments at 3417 E. Cheyenne Ave. inNorth Las Vegas, NV to Westland Real Estate Group for $7.76 million, or $48,500 per unit.

The 137,792-square-foot multifamily community consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom unitsacross 11 buildings. It was built in 1988 in the Downtown North Las Vegas submarket, and was 93percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Art Carll, Patrick Sauter, and Devin Lee of NAI Vegas represented both parties in the sale.
