• Update on timeline for part 147 (executive order implications, DOT requirements, etc.)
• Industry will have the opportunity to comment on a draft AC 147-3 that will be published.
• FAA AMTS Course is offering 11 classes in FY18, we shared the offering dates with Crystal.
• SAS for part 147, some beta testing would occur prior to initial deployment beginning in 2019. Deployment starts Q4 2020, last office deployed Q2 2022.

Rolandos Lazaris –Serves as the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Assistant Division Manager of the Aircraft Maintenance Division (AFS-301), in the Flight Standards Service (AFS) for Aviation Safety. Previously, Rolandos held a variety of positions with air carriers and corporate and general aviation operations. Rolandos is a graduate of Pittsburg Institute of Aeronautics.
Robert Warren –Serves as an Aviation Safety Inspector (Airworthiness) for the Aircraft Maintenance Division, General Aviation Branch (AFS-350). Previously Bob worked for part 121 air carriers, commercial and military helicopter operators as a Supervisor, Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, and Avionics Technician.
Tanya Glines –Serves as an Aviation Safety Inspector (Airworthiness) for the Aircraft Maintenance Division, General Aviation Branch (AFS-350). Previously Tanya served as a Principal Maintenance Inspector (PMI) in the Salt Lake City FSDO with responsibility for 133, 135, 137, 145 and 147 certificates. Prior to joining the FAA, Tanya has worked for a part 121 air carrier, several part 135 helicopter operators and 145 repair stations, in various capacities including as an A&P Mechanic with an Inspection Authorization, Lead Mechanic, and Aircraft Maintenance Systems Trainer.
