Allgemeine Mietbedingungen
Die Anlieferung der Pflanzen erfolgt am letzten Aufbautag.
Miet-Pflanzen werden nur für den vereinbarten Zweck und nur für
dieDauer der Veranstaltung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der Mieter hat die Miet-Pflanzen sorgfältig zu behandeln. Die
Miet-Pflanzen sind nach Veranstaltungsschluss abholbereit zur
Verfügung zustellen. Die Miet-Pflanzen werden innerhalb von 2
Stunden nachVeranstaltungsende abgeholt.
Wird der Mietgegenstand bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses an
denVermieter nicht zurückgegeben, so ist der Vermieter berechtigt,
für dieDauer der Vorenthaltung des Mietgegen standes eine Ent
schädigung inHöhe des vereinbarten Mietzinses zzgl. MwSt. zu
verlangen. Ist derMietgegenstand beim Mieter in Verlust geraten, so
hat der Mieter nebenden vereinbarten Mietgebühren Schadensersatz in
Höhe des Wieder -beschaffungs preises für den Gegenstand zu
entrichten.
Für Schäden an Miet-Pflanzen und für Verluste haftet der Mieter.
DieHaftung beginnt mit der Anlieferung und endet mit der Abholung.
DieHaftung des Mieters endet spätestens 24 Stunden nach Veran
staltungs -schluss, es sei denn, ein anderer Abholtermin wurde
vereinbart, oder dasMietgut war nicht abholbereit abgestellt. Dies
gilt auch, wenn der Standnicht besetzt ist.
Töpfe und Vasen werden nur in Verbindung mit beim Vermieter
bestell-ten Pflanzen oder Blumen vermietet.
General terms and conditions of hire
Plants will be delivered on the final day of fair set-up.
Plants will only be supplied for the agreed purpose and only for
theduration of the fair.
The exhibitor shall treat the plants he hires with care. The
plants hiredmust be ready for collection after the end of the fair.
They will be collected within 2 hours following the end of the
event.
If the hired item is not returned to the lessor at the end of
the periodof hire the lessor shall be intitled to claim for
compensation amountingto the agreed rental fee (plus VAT for the
period of retention). If thehired item has been lost by the renter,
the renter shall pay damagesamounting to the replacement price of
an object of the same kind andquality in addition to the agreed
rental fee.
The renter shall be liable for any damage to or loss of plants.
Liabilityshall commence on delivery and shall cease on collection.
The liability ofthe renter shall cease at the latest 24 hours after
the end of the fairunless another date has been agreed for
collection or the plants are notready for collection. This ruling
shall also applay if the stand is notoccupied.
Pots and vases are only hired in connection with plants or
flowers ordered from the lessor.
