Acted as GIS coordinator for five local municipalities, producing mapping and
managing databases for utilities and other municipal data layers. Implemented
online mapping portals for client access using ArcGIS Online and Web AppBuilder
and mobile data collection for clients with ArcGIS Collector.
Teamed with engineering, ecological, and environmental departments to create
maps and figures and fulfill data collection needs. Trained co-workers in ArcMap,
ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Collector applications.
Provided GIS support to NES Ecological division, including wetland and invasive
species mapping. Created custom database for managing over 200 invasive species
sites throughout Wisconsin, and implemented online map and mobile data
collection for tracking treatment information over five years.
Managed Trimble and EOS GPS systems, including training of internal users and
clients renting the equipment, setup of projects, and troubleshooting issues.
Converted numerous paper forms to digital GIS solutions using ArcGIS Collector
and Survey123, and automated the generation of routine reports.
Initiated company UAV program and piloted drone to obtain detailed site
orthophotos and topography data.
