Why Furnace Oil Cleaning Is Required
Furnace Oil Contains Sludge & Impurities Which Causes Following Problem -
1. Impurities Cause Deposition in nozzles & Burners
2. Frequent Cleaning of Burners is required.
3. With Chocked Burners The Spray pattern Gets Distorted
4. This Results into inefficiency in Heat-Generation
5. Furnace Oil-Consumption increases
6. Burning of impurities causes Excess smoke.

Centrifuge Working Principle
Centrifugal Oil Cleaner Operates on the Reaction Turbine Principle.
Oil Enters the centrifuge Under Pressure and flows to the rotor thru hollow shaft.
The Oil Pressure and flow is converted in rotational energy as the oil escapes through the jets, producing speed upto 6000 RPM.
The Resultant Centrifugal Force Removes dirt from the Oil depositing it on the Inner wall of rotor in a dense cake form.

Centrifuge is a multi-pass filtration system, it can Remove all the particles upto 1 micron from furnace Oil, in approx. 5-10passes.
For Furnace-Oil Tank Capacity 4000-6000 Ltr. Centrifuge Model OCS 600 is Recommended Which has flow rate of 4000 Ltr./hr. – This Means there will be approx one pass per Hr. and in 10 Hrs. there will be 10 passes, which is sufficient for efficient cleaning.
