High Performance, Low Operating Costs The Schindler 9500-30 and Schindler 9500-35 are high-performance moving walks specially engineered for the punishing environment of high-volume public transportation, both indoors and outdoors. They are ideal for airports, railway stations and trade fairs. Smooth operation not only gives passengers a quiet, safe ride and facilitates easy access for fully-loaded baggage carts, it also fosters a long service life. Extremely efficient drive technology, with a choice of automatic operation and variable-speed drive options, can deliver major energy savings.
Minimum Installation Space, Maximum Design OptionsWith a small pit depth and compact installation dimensions, the Schindler 9500-30 and Schindler 9500-35 are among the front runners in efficient use of space. This flexibility, along with a broad range of design options, makes it possible to inte-grate units into new or existing buildings as well as various outdoor settings. Design compatibility with Schindler escalators is a further asset.
A Winning TeamA global network of product specialists provides support from the very first stages of planning, working out tailored solutions for the integration of units in accordance with particular on-site require-ments. Once the project is under way, highly profes-sional project managers pay personal attention to customer concerns, assuring that installation and handover are carried out in accordance with the project schedule.
Because our employees are our biggest asset in the international market, we invest in them on a con-tinuous basis. Our commitment to improving their skills and problem-solving abilities is reflected in the high level of service they are able to provide to our customers.

Efficient Use of Space The Schindler 9500-35 moving walk has an opti-mal pit depth, amounting to only 34 centimeters in the middle section. This advan tage keeps the amount of space needed for installation to a minimum and greatly simplifies inte gration into predefined settings.
Maximum SafetyHere too Schindler offers exclusive features: The pallet sides run under the skirt panels, eliminating the usual vertical side gap and thereby maximizing user safety with respect to pinching or wedging. As with all other Schindler models, the patented combplate is designed so that it can move hori-zontally and vertically whenever pressure is applied by wedged objects. This activates a contact that immediately shuts down the moving walk.
Smooth Operation for Longer Service Life The automatic operation option, controlled by an entrance monitoring system, can lead to big energy savings. If the monitoring system is not activated during a preset automatic time, the moving walk is gently decelerated and comes to a smooth, soft stop. In contrast to conventional abrupt braking, this can greatly lengthen the life of all mechani-cal com ponents. The monitoring system detects approaching passengers and the moving walk smoothly restarts when required.
The variable-speed drive option allows a soft start as well. If complete stopping is not desired, a frequency converter makes it possible to reduce peak currents and energy use by running the unit at crawling speed.
Because the short pallets are directly attached to the chain, there is no need for additional con-nection elements and pallet rollers. This results in quieter operation as well as in longer service life.
With such uses of smart technology at its com-mand, Schindler can provide maximum operational cost-effectiveness and ease of maintenance.
Remote Monitoring and Control To keep downtime to an absolute minimum, all units in a building can be supervised and controlled in real time by the optional Schindler LobbyVisionTM building management system or other types of remote monitoring. Operating parameters are monitored and recorded. Statistical reports facilitate the efficient management of all transport systems.
