1) 26th WiN Global Annual Conference

- Mrs Eun-Ok Han, Chair of the Social Event Committee of the IRPA15 ICOC, participated in Win
Global.
- IRPA15’s 1st and 2nd leaflets were distributed and short presentation was delivered by Mrs Han at the
conference.
2) IRPA CUBA 2018

- Mr Roger Coates, President of the IRPA, participated in the IRPA CUBA 2018 and delivered a
presentation on the IRPA15.
- 400 copies of 2nd Leaflets had been sent to the secretariat on last day of the congress and were
distributed at the IRPA CUBA 2018 for the promotion of the IRPA15.
- 1st announcement in PDF file also had been forwarded to Roger Coates.
3) 5th Asian & Oceanic IRPA Regional Congress on Radiation Protection (AOCRP-5)

4) 5th European IRPA Congress
□ Date / Location: 4-8 June 2018 / Hague, The Netherlands
□ Participant: Mr Jong Kyung Kim & Mr Chang-ho Shin
□ Activities
- Mr Jong Kyung Kim, Chairman of the IRPA15 ICOC and Mr Chang-ho Shin, Secretary of Promotion
and Marketing Committee of the IRPA15 ICOC participated in the 5th European IRPA Congress.
- The 5th European IRPA Congress Secretariat offered a complimentary booth for operation of
promotional activities throughout the congress. More than 650 participants were at the congress.
- 150 copies of the IRPA15’s 1st announcement were distributed to participants at the congress and 30
copies of exhibition prospectus were also distributed to around 23 exhibitors at the exhibition of 5th
European IRPA Congress.
- Promotional materials supported by the Korea and Seoul Tourism Organizations, were also distributed
to participants at the exhibition booth.
- The 5th European IRPA Congress also offered one complimentary and one discounted registrations to
the IRPA15.
- Mr Jong Kyung Kim delivered a 10-minute presentation at the closing ceremony on 8 June.
5) World Congress on Medical Physics & Biomedical Engineering (IUPESM Prague 2018)

□ Activities
- Mr Tae-Suk Suh, General Secretary of the IRPA15 ICOC participated in the IUPESM Prague 2018.
- 100 copies of 1st announcement and 20 copies of exhibition prospectus were distributed to participants
at the IOMP booth.
- Agreed to use WHO and ICRP logo on the next IRPA15 announcement.
- A Joint Program during the IRPA15 Congress will be discussed with WHO, IAEA, IOPM, and IRPA.
6) 2018 Symposium on Radiation Measurements and Applications (SORMA)

signature of IRPA president KARP president.
7. Congress Budget Summary [see Appendix 3]
- IRPA15 budget summary of anticipated revenues and expenditures was drafted.
- Breakeven point: 1,523 participants (including 1,423 paid-delegates and 100 free-registered
participants)
8. Satellite Meetings
- REMPAN Meeting organised by WHO will be held as one of the IRPA15 Satellite
Meetings.
- 2020 Spring ICRP Main Commission meeting will also take place as an IRPA15 Satellite
Meeting.

Radiological Protection on this matter.

- 1st announcement in pdf format will also be distributed to all IRPA Associate Societies.
2) Exhibition Prospectus
- Exhibition Prospectus in pdf format will also be distributed to potential exhibitors including all
exhibitors whom participated in the previous IRPA congresses.
- Exhibition Prospectus in Korean will be also published to invite local exhibitors.
3) Sponsorship Prospectus
- Sponsorship Prospectus both in English and Korean will be produced to invite sponsors to partake in
the congress
1.2. Sponsors’ Night
- IPRA15 Sponsors’ night will be hosted in August 2018 to attract local enterprises and
organisations.

3.1. Montreal Fund
- Bursary support of approx. $25,000 from the Montreal Fund to fund selected participants
will be offered to the IRPA15.
- IPRA15 ICSC and ICOC will draft a plan to support young professionals preferably from
developing countries to partake in the IRPA15.
