The work relating to On-line filling shall involve three stages:-First Stage:- On the specified website of the Commission, theCandidate shall click 'Candidate's Registration' and f ill inOn-line information in the format and register himself. Thereafter,the candidate shall print the Registration slip and take a copy of thesame to preserve with him. The specimen of the Registration slip isavailable at the Appendix-3. Also, get an E-Challan print out of theState Bank of India or Punjab National Bank, the specimen of whichare given at Appendix-4 and Appendix-5 respectively. This maybe noted that at the next stage of filling the application, the applicantshall be required to enter correctly the Registration Number at thespecif ied space.Second Stage:- Along with E-Challan (from the f irst stage thename of the Bank selected by the candidate is printed on theChallan), the candidates will deposit the prescribed amount withE-Challan by himself in any branch of the bank in any district andreceive a copy of the same from the Bank, which will be preservedby the candidate. The Bank will indicate Transaction ID / Journal No.and date in the copy of the E-Challan returned to the candidatewhich will be used by the candidate at the Third Stage, while fillingin the applications.Third stage :- After depositing the fee in the Bank, the candidatetwo day after on the next working day (after 2.00 pm) shall enterinformation On-line in the format, available in Commission's websiteby clicking “Submit Application Form” . Also the photo andsignature, duly scanned shall be uploaded, The specimen of thesame is given at Appendix-6.The candidate should scan his photograph and signature in theprescribed size (the size will be mentioned at the specified spot inthe On-line application). This should also be kept in notice that thephoto should be latest passport s ize. In case the photo andsignature, scanned in the prescribed size, are not uploaded, thenthe On-line system will not accept it. The procedure related toscanning of the photo and signature is laid down in theAppendix-7. After filling in all entries in the format, the candidatemay click “View application form” to see for himself that allentries and informations are correctly entered and after satisfyinghimself should click "Submit" to forward the same to theCommission. It is essential that the candidate should f ill allinformations On-line correctly according to the directions given andclick the 'Submit' button by the last date prescribed for depositingthe application form. If the candidate does not click the "Submit"button, the application shall not reach the Commission. Thecandidate shall be accountable for this. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONSLast Date for the Receipt of Application Fee

10 May, 20121. The candidate must carefully study the detailed advertisementand may apply for the post only when he is eligible for theconcerned post.2. In no circumstances, applications shall be accepted after the lastprescribed date and time. Applications found without requisiteinformations and without photograph and signature, even whenreceived in time, will be summarily rejected.3. The knowledge of Hindi is essential.4. The date of calculation of age (except where indicatedotherwise) is 01 July, 2012. The maximum age-limit shall berelaxable by five years for the candidates belonging to ScheduledCaste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class and dependants ofthe Freedom Fighters of U.P.. In case of ex-servicemen, the 3 yearsrelaxation is extra admissible in the maximum age limit in addition tototal length of Military Service. It is essential to be retired from armyupto the last date for receipt of application. For the physically handi-capped persons (If post reserved), relaxation in age of 15 years willbe admissible according to Government Order.5. After receipt of application in the Commission, any request forchange in the qualification and category will not be entertained.6. Minimum educational qualification is not sufficient for being called forinterview. Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to be called for in-terview or for selection. Intimation for interview will be sent later on.7. In case of large number of applicants for the post / posts, theCommission may hold screening test, which will be communicatedin due course of time.8. The original certificates are required for verification at the time ofinterview. Candidate will then also be required to submit his passportsize photograph attested by his head of department or head of theinstitution, where he received last education or by a Gazetted Officer.9. Candidates serving under Central or State Government will haveto produce "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" from their employer atthe time of Interview.10. The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwiseof a candidate will be final.11.
