CLEARLY A BETTER WAY TO ENJOY MILK
From A2-tested cows
Fresh from the farm
Better-tasting in glass
GLASS IS PURE CLASSMilk in glass bottles tastes better because glass preserves flavour, so all you taste is the pure flavour of our premium quality whole milk. Glass is healthier too, because it’s pure and non-reactive, forming a natural barrier to protect the quality of the milk. Glass is also 100% natural, so it’s infinitely recyclable.
WHOLE OR LIGHT MILKAunt Jean’s Dairy produces Whole Milk, and Light Milk. Both are available in one-litre glass bottles, or in a cardboard outer pack of six.We believe that happy cows produce more delicious milk. So all our cows are A2-tested, are raised in the open air and can graze freely on the lush green grass of our local farms. We never feed them palm kernel expeller, or add any permeates — and our milk isn’t homogenised.
O-I New Zealand firmly believes in the superior taste of milk from a glass bottle and in the sustainability story behind glass as an infinitely recyclable material.
WHY GLASS IS A BETTER CHOICETASTE Glass preserves flavour. When you drink something that’s packaged in glass, you experience the pure taste of that product - nothing more, nothing less.
HEALTH Glass is pure and non-reactive. It is the most neutral and natural of packaging materials, it’s also a natural barrier, virtually impermeable to oxygen.
SUSTAINABILITY Glass is natural, made from three simple ingredients: sand, limestone and soda ash. Glass is 100%, infinitely recyclable
QUALITY Products in glass say ‘quality’. It’s the only packaging material that people are inspired to save, reuse, collect and display.
GLASS RECYCLING IN NEW ZEALAND Milk bottles, as with any glass bottles should be placed into your kerb side recycling bins where they are processed through your local council recycling scheme, returned to Penrose, Auckland, to be made into new bottles.
