Said exemption report,which will also become part of the finalbudget, will show how much of the totalassessed value on the final assessmentroll used in the budgetary process isexempt from taxation, list every type ofexemption granted, identified by statu-tory authority, and show: (a) the cumu-lative impact of each type of exemptionexpressed either as a dollar amount ofassessed value or as a percentage of the
total assessed value on the roll; (b) thecumulative amount expected to be re-ceived from recipients of each type ofexemption as payments in lieu of taxesor other payments for municipal ser-vices; and (c) the cumulative impact ofall exemptions granted. Absenteeballots must be received by the DistrictClerk not later than 5:00 PM, prevailingtime, on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
A list of persons to whom absenteeballots are issued will be available forinspection to qualified voters of the Dis-trict in the office of the District Clerkcommencing Thursday, May 12, 2016,during regular office hours, and on eachof the five days prior to the day of theelection, except Sunday, and on May 17,2016, the day set for the election. Anyqualified voter may, upon examinationof such list, file a written challenge of thequalifications as a voter of any personwhose name appears on such list, stating
the reasons for such challenge. Any suchwritten challenge shall be transmitted bythe District Clerk or a designee of theBoard of Education to the inspectors ofelection on election day.
