DetailsofRestrictionsEmptyEmptyTravelPermittedAnunladenloadcarryingvehicleisnotlimitedtothemaximumnumberofaxlerestriction,wheresucharestrictionexists.However,aloadcarryingvehiclewithamixofloadedandemptytrailersissubjecttothemaximumnumberofaxlerestriction,wheresucharestrictionexists.Sparetyresandloadrestraintdevicessuchasfoldedtarpaulinsandsidegatesareallowedtobecarriedonemptytrailers.Adoubledup
