Mobility and performance
The idea behind ROADSTAR is to optimize transfer and assembly operations,without compromising the asphalt mix quality in any way. Installation proceduresare also made easier.
Ergonomics and accessibility
All areas of the user-friendly plant are easily
accessible in total safety, during both production
and maintenance.
Material metering quality
All materials (aggregates, fines, bitumen) are
metered into their own separate weighing hoppers,
just like in traditional stationary plants.
Versatile production
The mobile hot bin guarantees uninterrupted
homogeneous mixes, reducing the number of
trucks needed to service the work site.
Energy saving
Producing the asphalt mix near the work site
means a reduction in the heating of the materials
and likewise in energy consumption.
Optimum transport and quick assembly
The component parts are mounted on axles for
easy transport. Factory pre-wiring of plug and
socket cables cuts down on installation time.
Reduced cement foundations
Self-supporting steel foundations mean the plant
can be erected on stabilized ground (2.5 kg/cm2),
without having to build cement foundations. This
also makes transfer operations easy.

The best solution when producing large quantities of asphalt mix while stillhaving the option to move the plant several times a year.

Optionals
A wide range of components and accessories have been designed to enhancemobility.
Highly mobile
A set of mechanical or hydraulic lifters can be fitted to
the bag filter unit to assist positioning.
Also cold feeders, bitumen/fuel storage tanks
can be fitted with hydraulic lifters.
Transport
Upon request, trailers can be fitted with suspensions
capable of transporting up to 70 km/h.
Kit for special products and additives
Plants may be adapted for use with special additives
(fibres, colourants, polymers).
Mobile modules
Cold feeders, dust collectors, tanks and storage bins, filler
silo, etc.
