Group aaaeably waa slow but ~ot to~ether atter leaTing point X and trailed the lead box to point Z before getting into ing formation. fhe route in and out was nearly ae briefed and the low box tlew on the right to t e IP due to difficulty of looking into aun. Low box dropped bo ba Tisu lly on the primary targ t and aa third Group ot Win to drop boaba. Reaulta could not be accurately determined becauae of th a oke over the target but lead bo~bardier states that he picked up the JIPI and releaaed on 1 t. A. tfiW righter• attack• were experienced and there waa moderate flak at the target. All flak areaa on the route were avoided and all ahips returned to th base safely.
