EXPERIENCE
Saad Rizwan is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati,
where his practice focuses on white collar investigations and commercial litigation matters.
Saad has previously represented biotechnology and biopharmaceutical companies in federal
and state court, mediations, and regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Saad clerked for the Honorable Theresa Lazar Springmann of the
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and was an associate in the New York
office of Covington & Burling.
