Three Simple Steps
Login:– Unique Salesperson’s ID and Password
Enter into Vehicle Detail Page:– Basic vehicle information
– Customer information
Click “Add”:– to submit your vehicle for appraisal

Log in Screen
Enter User ID and Password
Enter VIN
Please see your Sales Manager or call AAX™ Customer Support 1-800-333-1189 for User ID & Password
You start a new appraisal by entering a VIN of the vehicle you want appraised in the VIN entry box
You may login in without entering a VIN (AAX™ will not allow an invalid VIN)

Entering Appraisal Information
You will arrive on your home page which shows you the last 10 days of appraisals
Click the Go button to continue the appraisal input

Entering Appraisal Information - Select Series
Start by filling in the appraisal information for the trade– Required fields are shown in Bold text
Select the seriesof the vehicle

Entering Appraisal Information - Vehicle (Required)
Enter the key information about the trade– AAX automatically assigns a temporary stock number from last eight
characters of the VIN

Entering Appraisal Information - Vehicle (Other)
Some fields may be required by individual dealership– e.g. Registration, License Plate (Check with your manager)

Enter your customer’s information

Entering Appraisal Information - Lender / Payoff
If known, enter the Lender and Payoff Details– Complete Fields and Check boxes
Check if Title or Odometerhave been alteredOr if appraisal is Site Unseen.

Send Vehicle Information - Complete Process
Use Add button to complete process
The appraisal will now show on the Appraiser’s screen as a Pending Appraisal.

Login without VIN
If you login without a VIN, your home page will look like this– Click on Used Cars to start

Main Salesperson Portal
View the Dealership’s Used Car Inventory– Click on Reports Tab
Click on Inventory List by Price link
Click on the type of vehicle in the price band for which you are looking

View Vehicle Details
Inventory list will be sorted starting with the type of vehicle selected
Use Print button at the top of the screen if you want to print the inventory

Your Customer List
Select a date range to print a list of customers you have entered with Trade-Ins– Set the date range to retrieve list
Clicking on the customer’s name, will give you more detail of the appraisal.

Search for Vehicles in Inventory
Click on Appraisals Tab– Click on Client E-mail Vehicle Search
Enter the search criteria using the drop down boxes
Then the results will appear.

Send E-mails to Customers
Click on vehicle in previous screen to access e-mail panel– Complete e-mail address of customer (or prospect)
Edit any of the text that is displayed by default, including your name and phone number
Remove check mark from any photo that should not be sent

Exit Application
When complete, exit AAX™ by clicking on Logout
