Savoury Rice
Collect your equipment and ingredients Dice the onion Slice the mushroom Dice the pepper
Dice the tomatoAdd 2 tsp oil and fry the onion for 1 minute to soften
Add the peppers and the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes
Add the stock cube to 500 ml of boiling water
Add the rice and stir Add 50g of peas and 1-2 level tsp curry powder
Stir and leave to simmer for 15 mins or until rice is cooked
Place in serving dish and garnish with chopped tomatoes
