THE LITTLE GYM

Family Membership FeeThe annual membership fee is 175zł and lasts 12 months from the date ofregistration, or renewal. As a member of The Little Gym you will receivediscounts on Birthday Parties, Summer Camps, Pro-shop goods and will beable to attend regular special events. You will also have priority enrolmentin future programmes. Membership fees must be paid prior to enrolmentand are non-refundable. Late PaymentsIf payments are overdue for more than 14 calendar days the FamilyMembership will be terminated and all places in classes will be released.Re-enrolment, including a new Family Membership fee, will be requiredwhen re-joining. Make-Up PolicyClasses cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during theterm for which tuition has been paid, subject to the availability of spaces.Notification must be received prior to the class for you to be entitled to amake-up. Make-ups cannot be transferred to a sibling or another person,nor will a credit be offered for make-up classes not taken by the end of theterm. Safety, Comfort and Personal BelongingsChildren should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot tomaximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and drinks are not permittedinside the gym and all visitors are asked to remove shoes and boots whenentering the building. The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolenitems. Please take care of valuables.We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children inside thegym. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for overseeing thesafe entry and exit of their children and while they are in the lobby. Behavioural IssuesIf a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, otherchildren, or our team members during a class or a special event, we willmake every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolvethis behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behavioursdevelop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the classor event. Class ObservationParents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes andcamps from the lobby. Siblings are not permitted to participate in activitiesunless they are enrolled in that class or event.
