THANK YOU’S
I want to start the New Year off by thanking everyone who has helped here at the senior center …………..and believe me, there are many many of you!! And yes, November is the traditional month for gratitude but November & December were a bit of a blur for us! With the Holidays
and the health of my parents and mother-in-law, I kind of lost track of what I needed to do…………..which is thank everyone properly. I know we sent out thank you notes but I like folks
to know who helps us out!
Between the New & Used Sale, Holiday Bazaar, Kiwanis Lunch and the daily activities that go on here in the center, we have oodles of folks who pitch in to help. So I am going to try and list
everyone who has helped us out but please do not be offended if I omit your name…………..trust me, my brain is a foggy brain!!! ;) And no comments from the peanut crowd!!! LOL!! So.
Huge & Hearty Thank You’s to: Bob Andrews, Gary & Donna Anemaet, Linda Bauby, Joan Borik, Gloria Church, Donna Cook, Dorothy Booth, Sandy Clement, Marge Dalian, Sandy Dye, Lil Evanoff, Jo Franz, Carol Gabriel, Alice Gardner, Guy Groat, Jerry Hacke, J.J. Johnson,
Nancy Jones, Margaret Jorgensen, John & Joy Judd, Deb & Gary Kaiser, Kathleen Kazmierski, Karen Kazyak, Kitchen Band, Jim Kolad, Pat Kolasinski, Pat Lanthier, Linda Lindsay, Betty Luck,
Nona Lusby, Ginny Maturen, Shirley Melby, Chuck Menzies, Helen Niles, Susan Pack, Irma Pedersen, Gloria Pierson, Pipes Choir, Becky Porter, Judy Przybyla, Gerry Przeslawski, Cheryl Ross, Rhonda Saunders, Jim Shafor, Mary Slagle, Deloris Stark, Wally Starz, Anna Stevens,
Clara Thivierge, Lisa Weaver and Sylvia West.
And we have many Donators to the raffle at the Holiday Bazaar: Pat Corr, Bea Thibodeau, Jackie Bohn, Susan Pack, Krogers, Soaring Eagle Casino, Motorcity Casino, Greektown Casino, MGM Grand Casino, Firekeepers, Wellbridge of Pinckney, Independence Village Brighton and
Regency of Whitmore Lake.
See?? I told you there were a ton of volunteers in here!! Trust me, we are so blessed to have this many people who are so willing to help out. And then I also have Julie & Carol who
sometimes roll their eyes at me (and they think I don’t see that!!! HaHaHaHa!!) when I come up with some crazy idea. I absolutely could not do my job without all of your and their help because there is so much to do and since we have grown so much, it’s sometimes difficult to remember everything I need to get done. Again, I am so very blessed to have all of you!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!!!
