Dear Colleagues,It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 6th INDONESIAN PICU NICU UPDATE which will take place on 24-25, 26-27 April, 2014 in Surabaya-Indonesia, which follows the success of the 5th INDONESIAN PICU NICU UPDATE held in Medan last year. In keeping with the extraordinary success of the 2013 meeting, The 6th INDONESIAN PICU NICU UPDATE will present a rich and advance list of topics in the field of pediatric and neonates critical care, which present and organized by Indonesian Pediatric Critical Care Foundation - in collaboration with: Pediatric Critical Care Working Group-Indonesia Pediatric Soci-ety and with the endorsement of Pediatric Critical Care Working Group IPS East Java Branch, as one of its preliminary programs of the year, due to promote and share the common goal through every new dimension of learning experience and research in the field of pediatric and neonates critical care.
The Indonesian Pediatric Critical Care Foundation (Yayasan Pediatri Gawat Darurat Indonesia) is an independent non-profit organization, plays an important role in this continuing learning journey by providing expertise and resources to complement existing pedagogy and strategic methodologies blended - teaching and learning module in emergency and critical care fields. Through education and learning, The Indonesian Pediatric Critical Care Foundation (Yayasan Pediatri Gawat Darurat Indonesia) offers a wide spec-trum of programs covering pediatric and neonates, as well as multidisciplinary topics in developing healthcare educa-tions, creating the new-breed skilled manpower, and enhancing learning processes through a suite of its expertise and resources, which program you would find it interesting and challenging further on our website http://www.picunicu.org.
The purpose of the Foundation is to bring together pediatricians, neonatologists, general practitioners, nurses and experts in infant development, even other specialists, who share a passion for exchanging ideas and analysis in the field of pediatric and neonates critical care, to discuss the challenges of the interplay within critical care therapy in the pediatric and neonates age group.

Pre Symposium Workshop Certificate with IDI Accreditation & SKP IDAI will be issued for all workshop participants. We strongly suggest that Pre Symposium Workshop participants should be registered as a participant in terms of its scientific activities.
Each workshop participants is limited to 60.
Pre Symposium Workshops, conducted by experts of Pediatric and Neonates will update participants on the current state-of-art on developing participants skill and technique in management of Pediatric & Neonates critically ill patients.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
REGISTRATIONNotification of the registration cancellation for workshop and scientific symposium must be made in writing or emailed to the Secretariat. Registration Fee is refundable with the following cancellation policy: * One month before event 50% refund of fee paid * On and after the date No refund * No-show registration can not be refunded. ACCOMMODATIONHotel room rate is net for room only.* Please note that official check-in time is 14.00 local time and check-out time is 12.00 local time. Approval of early check-in and late check-out is at discretion of the hotel.* No reservation will be made without full deposit of nights booking due to room availability.* Any changes and cancellations regarding to room reservation in pre-registration period must be done in writing to the Secretariat at least 168 hours prior to arrival. After the date, guaranteed payment for 1 night will be charged.* No Show will be applied on the first night for delayed or postpone staying that causes the loss of 1 night room deposit made.* In the event of materialization, the hotel will charge the full amount duration of stay upon check-out that causes the loss of mentioned deposit made.

RE-REGISTRATION SERVICEThe Re-Registration will be handed out to the participants from registration counters during the opening hours at 07.00 12.00 during the event dates.
ON SITE REGISTRATIONApplicants that not registered in event Registration List will be treated as New Registrants and will have to register on-site, for which only payment by Cash or Credit Card are accepted.
Registration re-confirmation especially for Course/Workshop and/or Room Reservation are a must due the availability of space. Organizing Committee reserve the right not to guarantee any unconfirmed Course/Workshop registration at the Event and the payment made will be returned by bank transfer only to the Payer Bank Account after the event.
Refund may only be made after the event by bank transfer. Official letter should be submitted to Secretariat address mentioning its payers Bank Account.
