what God wants to say to you is much more important

Four Steps to Beat the Screen
Don’t let digital devices overtake your family life.
1. Is your phone the first thing you reach for in the morning.
Yes or no. If yes, it’s time to cut down on screen time.
2. The 1
st
Commandment says to not place other gods before
the Lord your God. Is your phone your idol? Maybe you
need a sacramental solution…confess your sin of idolatry.
3. Use of screens and technology can become an addiction.
Yes, an actual addiction. Look for good habits to replace
your screen time. Maybe a book or a conversation with
your wife.
4. Have ever been to a restaurant and seen how a family
isn’t talking with each other but all on their devices?
It’s time to help our young people. We need less “I”,
iphone, ipad, iwant… and more Eye Contact!!

Quizá necesite una so
nuestra juventud. Necesitamos mirar menos I, iPhone, iPad, iYo quiero...
