The Social & Charitable Club The Social & Charitable Club is asking the parish for peanut butter and crackers for the month of January to be placed in the wooden box at the back of the Church. Please remember our parishioners in Afghanistan who are defending freedom. Donate items they would want! Please help us, also, to assist our vet-erans with toiletry items which will be distributed at the V.A. Hospital. Thank you for your goodness.

St. Gregory’s University, St. Gregory’s Abbey
and the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art invite
you to experience The Saint John’s Bible. We
are hosting this incomparable exhibition of sa-
cred scripture and art on our campus in Shaw-
nee now through January 25.
The Saint John’s Bible Heritage Edition exhibit
includes seven 2x3 foot volumes of scripture
written in hand calligraphy and accompanied
by majestic illuminations. Although considered
rare books, visitors may turn the pages and
touch the images to fully experience the inspi-
ration woven into every page by the team of
artists who devoted 15 years to create this ex-
traordinary spiritual masterpiece.
The Saint John’s Bible Heritage Edition is on
display at the museum during regular museum
hours. Docent led group tours that are sched-
uled in advance receive free admission; they
can be arranged at www.mgmoa.org or

The Gospels and Acts Volume is part of the
seven volume display, and it will remain in the
museum until October 12, 2015.
