Moving across the city by minibus on a verycold weekend, participants hosted tours of theplaces that mattered to them, sharing stories
that were often personal or unexpected.

The project culminated in a winter feast hosted at
Peterborough Cathedral, where participants sharedtheir favourite dishes and their experiences in takingpart, and made pledges about how to develop the
new relationships made through Take Me To.

M y biggest hope is that this tour can be spread further somore people can share this I can now view Peterboroughas somewhere that I could find my space in, a home, abelonging. Louise

As cities face the challenges of economic austerity and anincreasing feeling of isolation, Take Me To has shown that
these can be overcome by the generosity of spirit reflectedin individuals and communities brought together in this way.
