EXECUTIVE SUMMARYRIVERS EDGE DEVELOPMENT LLC (RED) WILL PURSUE DEVELOPMENT OF A 2 PARCELS OF LAND ADJACENT TO THE HISTORIC TAUNTON TRAIN STATION AT 40 DEAN ST.
The Village at Rivers Edge (TVRE) will be designed with a mixture of residential and commercial uses. Residential usage will include a small percentage of affordable apartment housing units and the balance as market rate apartments. The project will provide workforce housing for residents and a preference option for veterans and those who serve as well as for working members of the middle class-people like policemen, firefighters, school teachers, plumbers, carpenters laborers, retail workers, nurses, salespeople and service workers who form the backbone of our communities.
