Dear Parents
SAUSAGE SIZZLE HELPERS: The Sausage Sizzle held last week was a great success, with proceeds going to Life Link. The grill was manned by Justin Cooper and Eric Keulemans (Dad and Grandfather to Matilda and Tahlia Cooper). Thank you both for all of your help and support!
COMMUNION CELEBRATION: Congratulations to all the children who received the Eucharist for the first time last Sunday. The beautiful celebration reflected why these students attend St. Columba’s School and our parish. As they progress through their faith journey, their commitment and participation at weekend masses is very important. Sincere thanks to Fr Minh-Thuy for celebrating the Eucharist with the children, to Caroline and Julie Kelly, Mr Murphy, Ms Martin, Mrs Desiree Pierre for coordinating the flowers and Greg Owens for being the official photographer. I also take this opportunity to congratulate and thank the choir for their attendance and beautiful singing. Thank you also to all the parents, especially Sally Cook, for their support in coordinating the celebration and for decorating the parish hall.
The high resolution photographs have been received from Greg and will be processed and saved into the individual students’ folders. This will occur over the next couple of weeks. Once the photos have been placed in the folders, all parents will be invited to bring to school a thumb drive, or external drive, to save the photos. Parents may then take the images to Harvey Normans, etc to have the photos processed. Parents will be advised when the school is

Scholastic Book Club
Hi Everyone
New catalogues have arrived and will be distributed this week! All orders need to be returned by Thursday 21st June!
We are still waiting for our last order of books to arrive hopefully this week (fingers crossed!)
Please read the updated attached information page - it may have the answer to your question!
Unfortunately cash will no longer be acceptable, this is due to cash/coins missing/falling out of envelopes and having to chase people up.
Orders can be paid by credit card (details on order forms) or by cheque (payable to Scholastic Australia); There are no credit card fees (so it doesn’t matter if your order is only little!) and all you need to do is add up the total and ring the number on your order form and pay for your complete order in one go!
Thankyou for your participation and understanding
