2 Give a conformity status to conditions stipulated in
Annexure XIV of the amended EIA Notification vide
S.O. 3999 (E) dated 09.12.2016.
This is an Expansion project and most of the
points of the conditions given in MoEF
notification dated 09.12.2016 are being
followed and the conditions will be fully
complied in the expansion area.
3 Notarized affidavit of undertaking by Board of
Director(s) stating, no construction activity has
commenced at the site and Project Proponent
undertakes that the construction works will be
commenced only after obtaining all necessary
clearances from statutory authorities
Affidavit regarding no construction work is
carried out in expansion area is attached as
Annexure 2.
4 Submit an assessment of the cumulative impact of
expansion and increased inhabitation being carried
out or proposed to be carried out by the project for
traffic densities and parking capabilities in a 5 kms.
radius from the site. A detailed traffic management
and a traffic decongestion plan drawn up through
an organization of repute and specializing in
Transport Planning shall also be submitted.
• Main road connecting to the project site
is 75 m.
• Separate entry exit will be provided
Internal road width is 6 m wide.
• Speed breakers proposed at the entry
exit gate, at the entry/exit ramps of
basements and at regular interval of the
internal road.
• Signage for speed limit restricted to 20
kmph will be displayed along the
internal roads.
• One way internal traffic movement is
proposed.
• Parking norm as per local regulation
5 Compliance report of ECBC norms This is an Expansion project the ECBC norms
will be followed to the extent possible.
