Dear Friends . . .
One of our most popular events with Project Transitions for the past 17 years is "Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner." It is an evening of fabulous hosts that open their hearts and homes, graciously inviting us to dine with them. The company is witty, the food is superb, and the support for Projection Transitions is endless.
Year after year, Austin continues to grow by leaps and bounds! We are fortunate to have new hosts and guests as well as our long time supporters who welcome them into our family. The real reason we join together is support for Project Transitions. Our mission to provide hospice services, respite care, housing and support in a compassionate and caring environment is undeniable and unmatched.
On behalf of Project Transitions, our volunteers, residents, staff and Board of Directors, we thank all of our hosts, underwriters and
donors. Thank you for an incredible and successful evening.
We hope you can join us for the 18th Annual “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” on Saturday, February 7, 2015.
My best,
An Intimate Evening with New Friends, Good Conversations, & Fine Food
The 17th Annual Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner fundraiser was a spectacular evening, truly a celebration worth remembering.
On Saturday evening, February 1, 2014, the evening began with 21 dinner parties in private homes all around Austin, each hosting between 6 and 36 guests. Following dinner, the guests and hosts came together at NEST Modern for a champagne/
dessert reception.
We want to express our gratitude to all who participated this year! Special thanks to Tom Gilliland and Fonda San Miguel for hosting the appreciation brunch for our
dinner host and to Susan B. Hammer for underwriting the memento book and providing the champagne for the reception. Thanks to these friends and businesses, every last cent raised went directly to our programs, which provide hospice, housing
and support for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in Central Texas.
Thank you for attending and for your support! We look forward to seeing you again in 2015. Here is a sampling of the evening’s dinners and attendees who
honored us by coming to dinner this year!
Thank You !Thanks to the generosity and support of our underwriters, dinner hosts and guests, the 17th annual Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner brought in over $40,000 for our hospice and housing services.
Because of you, this event was a tremendous success, and we want to thank you!
