What people say after a learning journey

“After this process, I can feel how everybody starts to improve the way we communicate and the way we work in the office” – Staff UNFPA Indonesia

"We started from a pattern where everyone complained about what didn't work - and blamed the others. Now we know that we can improve, that we are all responsible and we do our best. My colleague said: "Instead of complaining about the obscurity, it is better to switch on the light!" Without the presence of the facilitation team, we wouldn't have been able to do this - Chris Boerhaeve, partner Louise Lawyers, Belgium

“I learned that the way you ask questions is fundamental. If you ask appreciative questions, the self-confidence of the community will grow and you will learn more about peoples’ strengths”. John Rwomushana, Uganda

“I have truly never witnessed or participated in such a joyful and caring event. The sense of purpose and directed activism brought a new sense of hope and joy or increased self-esteem and technical skill to participants” – Bernice Roeland, AIDS response South Africa
