The Dress Code
Spaghetti StrapsShoulder straps have to be a minimum of three finger-widths
Tube Tops
Short Shorts/SkirtsThe minimum length of the short/skirt mustfall between the tip of your longest finger andthe top of your knee, when standing with yourarms at your sides minimum length
Undergarments are to be completely covered by outer clothing,therefore pants/shorts/skirts are to be at waist level.
The Waist
No items that are vulgar, obscene, libelous,or denigrates others on matters of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
No items that endorse the use of alcohol, tobacco,or illegal drugs, and/or encourage other illegal orviolent activities

No items that depict or suggest association with a gang/cult
This is obviously not a Henninger classshall not include the wearing of hats or scarves/bandanas, except for a medical or religious purpose
Any item that may be dangerous or disruptive to the learning environment (ex: electronic games, Walkmans, iPod/MP3 players, CD/tape players, beepers, laser pens). Electronics
Students who violate the student dress code shall be required to modify their appearance by covering or removing the offending items, if necessary or practical, replacing it with an acceptable item. Any student who refuses to do so shall be subject to discipline, up to and including in-school suspension for the day. Any student who repeatedly fails to comply with the dress code shall be subject to further discipline, up to and including out of school suspension.
