Phone-a-thon parent volunteers needed for the WHHS Association's Annual Giving Program, the Legacy of Excellence.Volunteers will be staffing the phone-a-thon Saturday, April 26th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

12th Grade
Read carefully all documents associated with acceptance notificationsand frequently check online accounts for updates. May 1 is the mostcommon deadline to commit to most colleges and universities; depositsfor enrollment and on-campus housing, if applicable, are required at thistime. Please contact your counselor if you have any questions about thispart of the process.
Students need to update their Naviance account with admissionsdecisions; they can record their outcomes by editing their "Results"under "Colleges That I'm Applying To."
11th Grade
Taking the SAT on May 3? It is not too late to order the Question andAnswer service in order to receive a copy of the test booklet and scorereport.
The last date this academic year to take either the SAT or Subject Testsis June 7; registration deadline is May 9. Remember, the best time totake a Subject Test is at the conclusion of a course in which a studenthas a particular strength. Students cannot take Subject Tests and theregular SAT on the same date. Copies of Subject Tests for practice areavailable in the College Information Center.
The final ACT testing date of this school year is June 14 with aregistration deadline of May 9. Remember to take advantage of the TestInformation Release option in order to receive a copy of the test bookletand score report.
10th Grade
The last date this school year to take Subject Tests for collegeadmissions is June 7; registration deadline is May 9. This year each AP exam will cost $89.00. Students enrolled in APcourses are required to take these exams. AP fees are now posted inPowerSchool. Payments can be made in the Main Office by cash,certified check, personal check, or money order payable to Walnut HillsHigh School or on-line by credit card or checking account at www.payforit.net. All AP fees are due by April 25, 2014. Those students who fail tomake payments on time will be assessed a late fee of $5 for each APexam taken. LIBRARY USED BOOK SALE The ever popular Library Used Book Sale is scheduled for May 1 - 2,2014, and we need your help to make it a success.
We are looking for your donations for the sale. We will gladly acceptyour used books, records, cassettes, CDs, videos, DVDs, evenelectronics.
