• Whilenotrequired,youarewelcometoprovideagratuitytoyourDriver,shouldyoufeeltheyexceedyourexpectations. Many of our guests have requested the industry standard gratuity suggestions. Thefollowinginformationisprovidedforyourguidance:o WeddingDayLimousineDriver(s)approximately$15-$20eachway.o AppointmentServiceDriver(i.e.,TuxedoorGownappointment,finalconsultationandmarriagelicense

• Uponcheck-intoyourhotel,pleasecallwiththehotelandroominformationthatwillbeusedforcourtesylimousine service. Please include the registered name for the room. Please call 702-933-3464with thisinformation.

• Please be dressed and ready 60 minutes prior to your ceremony. About 90-60 minutes prior to yourscheduledweddingtime,thedriverwillcalltoconfirmthepickuptimeandpickuplocationatyourhotel.Cell phone service is unreliable in the hotels, so it is important that you remain in your room for thedriver’scall.

• Werequestthatyouremaininyourroomsothedrivercanagaincontactyouabout10minutespriortotheactualpickuptime,whichisnormally(dependingonyourhotellocation)about30-60minutespriortoyourscheduledweddingtime.

• PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE, WEDDING RINGS, IDENTIFICATION, CREDITCARDS (ORCASH) FORADDITIONAL PURCHASES& INCIDENTALS, AND ‘SomethingOld; SomethingNew;SomethingBorrowed;SomethingBlue&aPennyforyourShoe!’

Thelimousinedriversoperateonaverytightscheduleandaresubjecttoavarietyoftrafficdelays.Therefore,VegasWeddingsmustconformto theCourtesyLimousinePolicy. Failure tocomplywith these instructionsmayimpactyourweddingdayinthefollowingways:• Hotelswillnotallowthedriverto‘wait’or‘linger’nearthehotel.Generallythedriverisnotpermittedto

waitpastthescheduledpickuptimetheyhaveprovided.• Ifyouarenotattheplannedpickuplocationatthepredeterminedtime,orifthedriverisunabletolocate

you,thiswilllikelyresultinthelimobeingrelocatedandperhapscancelledentirely.Shouldthathappen,youwillberesponsible foryourowntransportation. Thismayalsorequirea forcedreschedulingof theceremonywiththeassociatedfeesasnotedinourreschedulingpolicies.

• TheFirstGlance/BridalSuiteoptionmayalsobeforfeitedduetolatearrivalandlossoflimoservice.Punctuality/LateArrival:• Wedding Couples: We recommend that every wedding couple arrange for a wedding package that

includesacourtesylimousinearrival.Ifyouopttodriveortakeotherprivatetransportation,pleasearrivepromptly45minutespriortoceremonytime.Besuretohaveyourmarriagelicenseandweddingrings.IfyouareplanningaFirstGlance,thenyoumustreviewourFirstGlanceguidelineswithouttransportation.

• Guests: Weareunableto“hold”theChapel/venuefor lateguests, family,orweddingparty. Allguestsand wedding attendants must be at the appropriate Vegas Weddings venue 30 minutes prior to theceremony start time.We seat the guests and arrange thewedding party for the ceremony.We kindlyrequestyouexplaintheimportanceofthisinformation,aswellastheaddress,parkingoptions,andpolicydetailstoyourguests.

Theceremonyvenueandtimeslotarereservedspecificallyforyourevent.VegasWeddingsisunabletomakeexceptionstothispolicy.Weareunabletoallowoneeventto impactordisruptotherscheduledevents. Ifreschedulingisrequiredduetoissuesthatarisebecauseoflatecouplesorguests,andthetimelineofeventsmustbechanged,pleasereviewhowthismayimpactyourday:• Ifaweddingcoupledoesnotarrivewithin theproper time frame,at thediscretionofVegasWeddings,

reschedulingoptionswillbeprovidedanda$100feeisincurredforthenecessaryre-staffingandchangestotheschedule.

• Ifaweddingcouplechoosestoholdorrequesttodelayforlatearrivalsandguests,reschedulingoptionswill be provided and a $100 fee is incurred for the necessary schedule change, re-staffing, and relatedaccommodations.

• Whilewewilldoourbesttoaccommodatethesesituations,itcouldresultintheforfeitofyourcourtesylimousineservice,preferredvenue,andotherservices.Ifthisisaheavilyscheduleddateand/orpremiumdate,inadditiontotheabove,wemaynotbeabletoaccommodatethesamedateifarescheduleoccurs.

WeddingGuests/WeddingParty:VegasWeddingsrecognizeshowimportanttheweddingcelebrationistofamilyandfriends,howeverourfirstpriorityistoourweddingcouple.Weaskthatyouhelpthemenjoytheirexperiencebypreparingthemforthefollowing:• PleaseprovidethecorrectVegasWeddingsvenueaddressandareatoparkforthatvenue.Ifthevenueis

one of our Downtown Las Vegas venues such as the The Wedding Chapel, The Terrace Gazebo, TheWeddingGardenorCasinoChapel,makesureyourguestsareawareitismeteredstreetparkinguntil8PMMonday through Friday 8-6pm. Street parking is free Saturday and Sunday. Change or debit card isrequiredfortheparkingmeters.YourWeddingPlannercanhelpwithmoreinformation.

• Pleaseadviseweddinggueststobeontimeandtoarrivenolaterthan30minutespriortotheceremony.• Prepareyourguestswithadepartureplanandmeetinglocationforaftertheceremonyandphotography

session so theymay immediatelydepartandavoidanyadditionalparkingmeter chargesor frustrationswithlimitedlobbyspace.

• Please advise your guests that Vegas Weddings does not allow guests or outside photographers tophotographorvideointhelobby,venue,oraroundthegrounds(includingcellphonefootage),duetoouragreementandprofessionalcopyrightarrangementswithourphotographers.

• Additionally,weknowthatyourphotographsareveryimportanttoyou,andthebestwaytoprovidetheexcellent photos and videos of your day require that photographers and videographers have exclusive,unimpededaccesstotheweddingcoupleandguests.

• Unless you are having a reception or an extended photo session at Vegas Weddings, plan on yourexperience lastingaboutanhour inclusiveof ceremony time. Thismayvarywith specificpackaging, socheckwithyourweddingplanner. Including travel time,yourentireexperience isabout2½hours frompick up todrop off. Please use this as a guidewhenmaking externalwedding arrangements, such asreservations,sincetraveltimeshouldbeconsidered.

“FIRSTGLANCE”SERVICEUponarrivalatVegasWeddings,unlessotherwisenoted,everyoneshouldbedressedandreadytowalkdowntheaisle.The“FirstGlance”allowsacoupletoenjoyaWeddingTraditionandarrangeforneitherpartytoseeoneanotherpriortotheCeremony.Apackagewiththisfeature,oranenhancementwiththisfeature,mustbe pre-arranged and paid for prior to the ceremony. When this option has been selected, theWeddingCoordinatorStaffwillensureaproper“FirstGlance”sotheweddingcoupledoesn’tseeeachotheruntiltheCeremony.• If this Service is important, please arrange a package that features this option and confirm with your

WeddingPlanner.• IfyourpackagedoesnotincludeaFirstGlanceService,butdoesincludetheCourtesyLimoService,wedo

have enhancements that would allow for this feature at an additional cost – this will need to be pre-arranged.ThisserviceisnotapplicableonFastLaneCeremonies.

• ForaSuccessfulFirstGlance–thepartiesshouldutilizetheCourtesyLimousineService.Thelimodriversandcoordinationstaffworktogethertomakesuretheweddingcouple’sarrivalisseparate.Whenpartiesarrangetheirowntransportation,wecannolongerberesponsibleforthisservice.

OUTSIDEPHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOPOLICYFORGUESTS• Due to our contract with professional photographers & videographers, we do not allow outside

photographyorvideographyofanykindatthechapelorwithintheproperty.Inaddition,wewantyouandyour guests to enjoy this momentous occasion. It makes for a much richer, smoother experience andbetterphotosifguestsdonotdistractorgetinthewayoftheprofessionals.

• Pleasenotifytheguestsandweddingpartyofthisinadvance.Thiswillhelpavoidanyissuesorconfusionontheweddingday.

• Unfortunately,ifthisdoesbecomeanissueandguestsrefusetoadheretoourpolicies,duetocopyrightissues and other circumstances, itmay prevent the photographer or videographer fromproviding theirserviceinaccordancewithyourpackaging.

MARRIAGELICENSEDETAILS• AvalidNevadaMarriageLicensemustbepurchasedpriortoyourceremony.Thecost is$77cash,debit

cardisnotaccepted.Themarriagelicensefeeisnotincludedinyourweddingpackage.(VowRenewalsdonotneedaMarriageLicense,butshouldshowproofthattheyaremarriedtoeachother.)

FINALCONSULTATIONSERVICE

VegasWeddings offers a complimentary consultation. This Final Consultation includes a tour of the venue,finalizationofpaperwork,anddiscussionofyourweddingdayitinerary.PleasearrangeanappointmenttimewithyourPersonalWeddingPlanner.• Your Planner will recommend that you purchase your Marriage License prior to the scheduled

consultation. We are located across the street from the Marriage License Bureau. Please bring yourMarriageLicenseandrelatedpaperworktotheconsultation.

• YourPersonalWeddingPlannerwillmakeeveryeffort toarrange theconsultationsaroundyourmutualschedules.Wekindlyaskthatyoupre-arrangeyourfinalconsultationtimetoensureproperstaffingandavoidlongwaittimesattheChapel.

OFFICIANT/MINISTERINFORMATION• VegasWeddingswillarrangeforaMinister/Officianttobepresentforyourceremony.Theirservicesare

performedonagratuityordonationbasis,astheyarenotemployeesoftheChapel.Thisisinadditiontoyourpackage(unlessotherwisespecified).Aftertheceremonyyouwillbeprovidedanenvelopefortheirservices that suggests an industry standard gratuity of $40 - $60. ($60 -$80 for ceremonies at HiltonHawaiianGardens.)

• IfyouprefertobringyourownMinister,thismustbepre-arrangedwithyourPlannernolessthan2weekspriortoyourceremony.WechargeanOutsideMinisterFeeof$60forcoordinationoftheceremonyandprocessinglegaldocuments.VegasWeddingswillarrangeforthelegalpaperworkandthecertificationofyourmarriage.

• If you wish to request a specific Minister, this can be arranged for an additional $100 fee (includesdonation) based on availability. GUESTCOUNTGUARANTEES• ChapelCeremonies:

o Finalguestcountisrequired14dayspriortotheceremony.o Credits or Refunds will not be issued, should your guest count decrease, as we prepare for the

guaranteedamount.• Receptions,HiltonHawaiianGarden&CeremoniesoffChapelGrounds:

o Final guest count is required 14 days prior to the Ceremony. Credits or Refundswill not be issuedshouldtheguestcountdecrease,aswepreparefortheguaranteedamount.Pleasenotemenus,guestcount,andfinalarrangementsforyourreceptionarealsofirm14dayspriortotheevent.Changestocolorscheme,linens,etc.willresultinadditionalfees.

• Ifyourreceptionpackageandvenueallowsforadditionalguests,youmayrequestanincreaseintheguestcountwithin14daysofyourreception.Wetrytoaccommodatemostincreaserequests,however,itmustbeconfirmedwithyourWeddingPlanneraspackagingandvendorarrangementsmustbeverified.

• Uponconfirmationthatweareabletoaccommodatetheincreasedattendance,anewguaranteedguestcountmustbeprovidedandpaidforasadditionalarrangementsmustbemade.Allpaymentsarefinalandnon-refundable,aspreviouslystated.

FINALBALANCE• ChapelCeremonies:

o Werequirebalancesbepaidinfull7dayspriortotheceremony.Reservationswithoutpaymentinfull7daysprioraresubjecttocancellation.

o Additionalpaymentsmaybemadebycreditcard,traveler’schecks,orincash.Personalchecksarenotaccepted.

o Allpaymentsarenon-refundableandnon-transferable.• Receptions&OutdoorCeremoniesoffChapelGrounds:

o Yourbalancemustbepaid in fullno later than14daysprior to theceremony,or the reservation issubjecttocancellation.Paymentistakenalongwithfinalguestcountdetails.

o Paymentsmaybemadebycreditcard,traveler’schecks,orincash.Personalchecksarenotaccepted.o Allpaymentsarenon-refundableandnon-transferable.

RESCHEDULINGANDCANCELLATION• Rescheduling:

o VegasWeddingsoffersonecomplimentaryreschedule,solongastherequestismadebeforeyourfinalbalanceisdue.Additionalschedulechangestothevenue,date,ortimewillresultina$100changefee.

o Ifyouchoosetopostponeindefinitelywithintheappropriatetimeframe,yourpaymentswillbetransferrabletothenewceremonydateforoneyearfromthedateyoumadetheinitialreservation.

• Cancellation:o If cancellationoccursbefore thebalancedue timeframeof7or14days youmayuse100%of your

paymentstowardsanew,futurereservation.Paymentsarenon-refundablebuttransferrabletoanewweddingdatewithinoneyearfromthedatetheinitialreservationwasmade.

o Ifacancellationismadeinlessthanthe7or14daysbutmorethan72hoursprior,youmayusethepaymentsmadetowardsanewreservation inthefuture.Youwillbechargedthe$100reschedulingfee. Inorder touse this credit youmustmakeanew reservationwithinone year from theday theinitialreservationwasmade.

o Reception or Offsite Packages cancelled after the 14 day or Balance Due timeframe: Should acancellation occurwithin 14 days of your event, please be aware you are forfeiting the reservationentirely.AllpaymentsreceivedwillberetainedbyVegasWeddingstocoverthecostsincurredforyoureventpreparations. If youchoose tomakeanewreservationwithus in the future, therewillbenocreditgivenandanewreservationwouldberequired.

o Shouldacancellationoccurwithin72hoursofyourevent,pleasebeawarethatyourreservationwillbe forfeited entirely. All payments receivedwill be retained by VegasWeddings to cover the costsincurredforyoureventpreparations. Ifyouchoosetomakeanewreservationwithus inthefuture,therewillbenocreditgivenandanewreservationwouldberequired.
