As the only all-inclusive resort club on the Central Coast, the Monarch Club is the perfect place to host your wedding, special event, or corporate meeting. Your guests may enjoy amenities such as Adelina's Bistro, Sandalwood Spa, the Avila Room, the Sculpture Garden, the Art Studio, and executive meeting rooms such as the Wine Library and the Captain's Room.

Weddings & Large Events
ACCOMODATES Avila Room 200
The Avila Room is the perfect setting for your private event. Settled on the edge of the Monarch Dunes Golf Course, the Avila Room boasts sweeping views of lush, rolling hills surrounded by Nipomo's beautiful native Eucalyptus trees This elegant ballroom features high cedar ceilings, a beautifully finished 600 square foot dance floor, and is framed by neutral tones. Equipped with a partition wall, the Avila Room can transform into a smaller space to suit an event or meeting of a more intimate size. The tasteful and modern décor in the Avila Room is the perfect setting for your chic special event or corporate meeting.
Monarch Activity Center (MAC)
ACCOMODATES Lakeview Room 60 | The Theatre 60 | The Studio 30
This 5,000 square foot addition to the Monarch Club sits directly overlooking the 18th hole and its corresponding lake, providing the perfect backdrop to any party or gathering. As a standalone building, the MAC comes with its own dedicated parking lot for your guests along with its own private entrances and exits. Additionally, the Lakeview Room has access to a private terrace, adding functional outdoor space to any event. The MAC comes fully loaded with some of the latest audio/visual equipment to add those special touches to your function.
The entire MAC is available to rent or you may rent individual spaces depending on the needs of your event.

The Sculpture Garden is an outdoor plaza that creates a dramatic arrival experience, and is also an exciting gathering place for events and receptions.
Nestled back along the pine trees of the Monarch Club rests our private Tai-Chi Garden, a beautiful setting for a serene ceremony.
Located just off the Adelina's Bistro dining room, you will find the Atrium which includes an outdoor fireplace and elegant chandeliers which create a dramatic setting for dinners and receptions. The Atrium is equipped with retractable wind screens to enclose the space for a more intimate experience.

Private Dining, Rehearsal Dinners & Smaller Events
ACCOMODATES Captain's Room 8-12 | Wine Library 30
The Captain's Room is ideal for an intimate meeting, luncheon, or dinner party. Conveniently located in Adelina's Bistro, the Captain's Room offers a variety of menu options to suit any palate. The grandeur setting of the Captain's Room will make any occasion classy and sophisticated.
The Wine Library will make your guests feel as though they have stepped into a winery's private vintage reserve room. In a unique blend of culture and style, the Wine Library features serene front and back patio areas, private wine lockers, an indoor fireplace, and seating for up to thirty. The Wine Library is the ideal room for private events, corporate meetings, wine tastings, or dinner parties.

With breathtaking views of the Monarch Dunes Golf Course, the Monarch Club's event lawn overlooking the first tee is the perfect backdrop for your ceremony – or you may select from any of our various stunning ceremony locations. Because of our commitment to the highest customer service for you and your guests, we'll take care of the details so you can enjoy the elegance and beauty of your wedding day.

Catering by Chef Charles and Adelina's Bistro Team
Chef Charles emphasizes cooking with the seasons and introducing seasonal products into a constantly evolving, diverse menu. His cooking background is strongly rooted in French classic technique, but his cooking mentality is cutting edge. He brings over 30 years of meticulously crafted, upscale American cuisine, combines with his original, innovative style of emphasizing regional culinary practices.
Chef Charles has appeared on Food Network Latin America, WBMM-CBS Chicago, and a "California Cooking" TV segment; has consulted for Sunbeam Grills, Cuisinart, Presto Pressure Cookers and Cutlery; has contributed to cookbooks and food magazines; and has even prepared the 90th birthday dinner for Winemaker, Robert Mondavi.
His accolades include Culinary Ambassador of the United States for the 1003 Bocuse d'Or competition, representative for Blackhawk Lodge Restaurant for the James Beard House in New York City, and the Chef of the Year award by the National Executive Chefs Association for his culinary contribution to the city of Chicago.
The Monarch Club will, on occasion, allow the opportunity for a couple to utilize another caterer. In those circumstances, they are subject to the approval of the Events Manager. They must do a preliminary site visit and there will be an additional fee to account for the additional time required for our team to steward the new group.

CASH BAR
The Monarch Club is happy to arrange a cash bar for all of your guests for pre-ceremony, post-ceremony, and the reception. Special requests can be fulfilled upon request.
SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
Add a personal touch to your bar menu with a custom cocktail inspired by season or style. Additionally, we have an extensive wine selection with hundreds of options to choose from featuring many local vineyards.
HOSTED PER DRINK
The Monarch Club can work with you to create a set of options for your guests to enjoy at their leisure. Specific types or brands of drinks can be included or omitted at your discretion. We can also handle portions of the evening a lá carte and other portions hosted.
