• Mobile radio system planning and optimization and capacity dimensioning according to coverage and traffic analysis and market requirements

• Network design, development of coverage and capacity plans

• Optimization and tuning of the radio network through site and radio parameters verification and tuning

• Tests, measurements and customer complaints analysis • Network performance data collection, analysis and

optimization• Radio network quality analysis based on collection

and monitoring of performance statistics, drive tests and/or drive tests report analysis, use of radio network planning and optimization tools

• Sites visits with defining technical solutions per site…

• Strong customer and service orientation• Team-orientation• Fast analytical thinking orientated to details• Excellent communication skills• Passion for performance and the motivation to go the

extra mile• Hands-on approach• Creativity and the ability to improvise and make

things happen

• University degree/MSc in Electrical Engineering• Basic knowledge or experience on similar jobs within

Telecommunications industry would be preferred• Fluent in English; written and spoken• Driving license - B category
