New Document Filing Feature

•  Add  mul@ple  documents  in  one  shot    •  Drag  and  drop  documents  into  Shared  Documents  area  •  Add  mul@ple  files  to  Tasks  (Appointments  will  come  in  a  later  release)    •  Ability  to  exclude  specific  document  extensions  (ie  –  ‘Unsafe’  file  extensions)  •  Ability  to  limit  files  by  size  •  Quick  ‘View  AWachment’  drill  down  op@on  directly  from  lists  

•  Storage  panel  shows  your  storage  limit  and  the  space  currently  being  used  by  library  items  (documents,  templates,  and  the  global  library)  and  the  Sage  CRM  database.    

•  Ability  to  select  files  from  the  Library  Items  list  and  bulk  delete  to  help  free  up  more  space  in  the  Library
