EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
For professional gaming stars: opportunity costs. As for now, professional esport teams are not able to capitalize their popularity to the full extent as they are limited by their sponsorship contracts and absence of platform that would allow direct communications with their fans. Also, in the current state of affairs, there is no way to objectively evaluate the esport team as a market asset, which is a huge issue during the sponsorship negotiations for gaming stars who are persistently undervalued. Existing market doesn’t provide indication of the real value of the esport teams. That means that gaming stars with a huge fan base can make more money than they actually do.
For aspiring gaming stars: lack of funding. At the beginning of their esport career its almost impossible for small teams to find sponsors. Large companies are not interested in working with novice esport teams, and crowdfunding/donations services are too biased toward celebrities who get all the prize. Meanwhile, aspiring esport gaming stars cannot afford full-time training and all costs associated with large tournaments that might become significant milestones in their careers.
We empower the crowd to support gaming stars at any stage of their career. We create a transparent system with both non-monetary incentives (privileged access to gaming stars) and monetary incentives for esport fans to purchase Personalised Tokens that gaming stars issue using BestMeta platform.
BestMeta is a blockchain platform that provides opportunity for fans to support their favorite gaming stars and projects through the system of personalised tokens.
Personalised tokens can be exchanged for the exclusive merchandise or privileged access to the gaming stars and gaming projects. Also, personalised tokens reflect transparent indication of the real-time value of the brand for investors, sponsors and advertisers.

4 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Any gaming star can launch a crowdfunding campaign. All money raised might be used only to meet the costs announced at the beginning of the Initial Personalised Tokens Offering.
Token owners can exchange Personalised Tokens for the privileged access to the bonuses from the sponsored gaming stars or have a chance to make money during tournaments. Also, there would be a strong demand for Personalised Tokens from the large companies that can use these tokens in exchange for the variety of commercial services traditional for the sponsorship relationships (such as brand endorsements during large tournaments or ads casting).
BMT (BestMeta tokens) — the basic currency of the platform; traded on cryptoexchanges, and rewarded to users for high-quality engagement. Also, BMT can be used for one-time project crowd-funding campaigns by any participant at the BestMeta platform
PT (Personalised Tokens) — specific tokens issues by gaming stars; and rewarded to users for loyalty and contributions. By contributing in PT, fans support favorite esport teams that are expected to perform well.
BestMeta will allow creating PT not only for aspiring esport professional players but also for other stars from the gaming industry: streamers and game developers.
BESTMETA WILL ALLOW CREATING PT NOT ONLY FOR ASPIRING ESPORT PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS BUT ALSO FOR OTHER STARS FROM THE GAMING INDUSTRY: STREAMERS AND GAME DEVELOPERS

5 MARKET & CONTEXT
MARKET & CONTEXTBestMeta aims to disrupt crowdfunding & sponsorship models for gaming market (which includes esports, game development, and streaming).
Esports is a big deal
Esports has hoards of fans, all with favorite teams, players, and games, much like pro sports leagues. Millions of fans watch hours of competitions through streaming services such as Twitch or by attending live events. According to the Newzoo report, in 2017 esport global audience reached 335 million people with 43% of them being esport enthusiasts, not just occasional viewers.
Some esport tournaments have been televised on major sports channels such as The Score, and often take place in large arenas of 50,000 fans or more, like many professional sports events. 43 million watched the League of Legends finals, while only 31 million watched Game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals. 2.7bn esport videos were streamed in North America last year and 11.1bn in China.
Esports has no borders, boundaries or stadium limitations. Anyone with an internet enabled device can become the best player in the world, in any sport, and can connect and play with anyone.
Annual revenue of $693m currently comes from esports, and this figure is set to double by 2020 to $1.5bn. Esports earnings earned from media rights are forecast to go up to $340m by 2020, from $95m in 2017.
Traditional sports leagues, such as basketball, monetize at about $15 per fan according to the Venture Beat. There is a huge opportunity in esports, as it is currently monetizing at $2.83 per fan due the lack of platforms that allow the gaming community to participate in funding of the actual events.

HIGH STAKES
For esport stars It’s all about being the best of the best. Also, the financial incentives are obviously getting bigger too. A major tournament based on the game Dota 2, The International boasts one of the largest esport prize pools, at $24.8M, and with the winning team splitting over $10M. League of Legends World Championship last year had a nearly $5 million prize pool. This is not even factoring in endorsements or any potential sponsorships, which are expected to increase in coming years.
The International Dota 2 Championship in Seattle played at the fully packed Key Arena in 2017. The purse total was over 20 million dollars – around twice that of the Masters golf tournament.
Broadcasters, traditional sports, advertisers they are all going to have to get used to the idea that these games and these tournaments are not just a niche activity, but the way that a generation that grew up with very different choices [compared with] the previous one think about entertainment.
Alex Lim, secretary-general of the International e-Sports Federation
Because of the finances involved, more and more game publishers are entering the market. These include Electronic Arts with its sports titles Madden NFL and FIFA, Activision, and Turner Broadcasting, with its ELeague launching almost two years ago along with WME | IMG.
Many corporate sponsors are also beginning to take note of the phenomenon of esports. Over 600 sponsorship agreements signed in 2016, and this includes one by INAP to be the title sponsor of the 2018 Hi-Rez Expo, publisher of Smite game. These sponsorships are not just limited to startups in small events, but also include major corporations like Red Bull, Coca-Cola, and McDonald’s with some of the most popular competitions in the world.
To win at the championships of this scale, significant team efforts are required.

9 MARKET & CONTEXT
TEAM EFFORTS
Just like in a football professional league, teams are comprised not just of players, but also include coaches, managers, trainers, PR-specialists and alternative players in case of illness or injury. There are even large-scale stadiums being built specifically for esport tournaments.
Many players travel their country or even the world, just so that the team can be in the same city. To properly practice together and train with each other, most major teams even go so far as to live together in the same house. Success depends on effective communication and well-planned group strategies, which is far easier done in-person than long-distance, making esports a true team sport.
Esports pro teams have supporting coaches and fellow players to help improve play and practice with. All of this contributes to high expenses of the professional export team and creates strong demand for funding. Funding might be provided via traditional sponsorship deals, or directly from fans.
TO PROPERLY PRACTICE TOGETHER AND TRAIN WITH EACH OTHER, MOST MAJOR TEAMS EVEN GO SO FAR AS TO LIVE TOGETHER IN THE SAME HOUSE.

10 MARKET & CONTEXT
ESPORTS CROWDFUNDING
Tournament organizers and esport teams can crowdfund, with an unlimited array of options. This is particularly beneficial for small esport communities, whether professional or amateur. The FGG (Fighting Game Community) is a great example. Generally, FGC tournaments are crowdfunded and the community is given an opportunity to plan the event essentially how they choose. Features such as certain players being invited or show matches being organized are added to the tournament based on stretch goals, putting the planning into their hands as funding landmarks are reached.
One of the most successful crowdfunding uses for a major tournament in esports was by Valve when they prepared the third “The International for Dota 2” in 2013.
The great contribution to the success of the crowdfunding campaign was made by the introduction of the Compendium, interactive booklet that tracks statistics for the tournament and provides extra in-game items. The Compendium was available for purchase as an in-game interactive bundle, with a portion of the cost going into the prize pool. Because of those sales, it has gathered the largest esports prize pool internationally every year since then. When the professional format was restructured to include the Majors, the crowdfunding system was updated to match. This used Battle Pass instead of the Compendium. More recently, in 2017, The International had a total prize pool of $24.8 million. $23.2M were provided directly from crowdfunding campaign which has actually raised $92.8M by selling TI 7 Battle Passes. That means that the publisher, Valve, has raked in about $68M of money crowdfunded .
We believe that crowdfunding is an essential element of esports, and with BestMeta’s prize pools system winning teams will get at least 75% of all funds raised, not just 25% as in the case of Valve’s model at the World Championship 2016.
Other markets of BestMeta’s interest are game development crowdfunding and streaming crowdfunding.
I’m curious to see where crowdfunding takes it. Gaming is obviously developing a lot and when you look at even the most popular games, those are all results of community driven efforts. Given that esports is so community driven, crowdfunding provides an essential element to it
Michael Pinkham, Matcherino CMO

11 MARKET & CONTEXT
GAME DEVELOPMENT CROWDFUNDING
Among all the categories in crowdfunding, gaming is one of the most popular ones. The Games section of Kickstarter, a crowdfunding platform, is often the most active and most exciting part of the site. In fact, 3 of the biggest crowdfunding projects ever have been in gaming.
Gamers enjoy being involved in crowdfunding projects because they feel they are backing and a part of creating the next big hit. This means gaming projects can leverage the fans they attract to then eventually purchase and continue to support their game post-funding.
Crowdfunding for games is not necessarily easy, but game developers such as Cloud Imperium Games behind the Star Citizen project have raised millions (in this case they raised $180 million, through crowdfunding).
STREAMING CROWDFUNDING
Streamers are people who live-stream their gameplay, either as a hobby or a profession. This became popular mid-2010s using sites such as Twitch and then YouTube. By 2014, streams on Twitch were getting more traffic than HBO’s online service. Professional streamers combine a high level of play and their entertaining commentaries and can generate an income from subscriptions, platform advertising, and donations from the viewers.
Accepting donations or tips from viewers, on Twitch, for example, is common practice and a popular way to earn an income while streaming, and isn’t frowned upon by streamers or viewers. There is a strong bias, however, on streaming platforms towards the streamers who are already popular. Amateurs may spend hours competing for an audience, which is already completely biased toward the streamers that are like celebrities, without any chance of success.

Gaming stars are followed by millions of loyal fans. 60% of surveyed esport gaming star fans said that they would even travel to watch their favorite players, games and tournaments. Top 20 esport players have >150,000 followers only in their Facebooks (for example, Soren Bjerg has a huge cumulative fan base: 1,3M subscribers on Twitch, >1M followers on Twitter, >0.2M followers on Instragram, >0.3M on Facebook). However, gaming stars often miss the opportunity to capitalize these fans and lose potential profit.

Crowdfunding for one-time projects. Using BMT (BestMeta Tokens) gaming star can raise funds for a separate project, without creating personalised tokens.Instead, the gaming star token credits are given for supporting the project which might be exchanged back for merchandise or services.
Selling personalised tokens. Gaming stars can organize initial token offering (ITO) and sell their personalised tokens to raise funds. They can capitalize their popularity even more if they achieve high liquidity of their tokens by selling merchandise or providing services to both fans and large companies.
Selling merchandise and content. Gaming stars can offer merchandise and content in exchange for personalised tokens that fans have purchased before (exclusive artworks, signatory merchandise, digital assets owned by star, etc.)
Selling exclusive services for fans. Gaming stars offer different exclusive services for their fans in exchange for the personalised tokens purchased (exclusive events, direct communication, etc.).
Selling services for companies. Gaming stars can offer services for large companies that are interested in sponsorship or advertising deals. For example, esport team offers companies to put on branded hoodies during all games at the next big tournament in exchange of 100 personalised tokens. Another example: a famous streamer with a huge fan base agrees to cast in a commercial for some game publisher in exchange for 500 personalised tokens.

OBJECTIVE MARKET EVALUATION
Currently, gaming stars are facing the challenge of negotiations with sponsors, advertisers, and investors: how to define the objective valuation of themselves as a market asset?
At this moment of time, there is no way to objectively evaluate the gaming team as a market asset, which is a huge issue during the sponsorship negotiations for gaming stars who are persistently undervalued. That means gaming stars with a huge fan base make less money than they actually do.
As BestMeta will introduce an opportunity for tokenizations, the problem of fair evaluation of gaming stars will be fully resolved. For example, market forces of demand and supply will define the objective value of esport team and that will allow setting a fair price for the services for sponsorship deals. This will be a significant contribution to the funding of gaming stars tokenized with BestMeta. Also, that would be a great value for the overall development of the esports community.
There’s a high demand for reliable, independent measurement of value in esports.

VALUE OF EXTRA FUNDING FOR GAMING STARS
For professional esport teams it is important to cover the variety of expenses associated with esports: boot camps, scouting process, computers, equipment, recreation areas, travel tickets, accommodations, tournaments fees and many other costs.
For careers of aspiring gaming stars getting funded is a matter of life and death. No companies want to provide sponsorships to novice esport teams. There are no supporting institutions that help to launch esport careers similar to mechanisms that work for decades in professional football and other traditional sports. For example, there are no junior leagues in esports, and there are no esport athletic scholarships in colleges with few exceptions.
The majority of streamers and other unique gaming content creators cannot do their work full-time because they are deprived of funding. In case of streamers the rule “the winner takes it all” is especially true.
Game developers, especially indie studios, also disadvantaged. They might have some loyal fan base, but not be able to raise needed funds to pay salaries, rent, costs of software licenses and
other large expenditures integral to the game development.
Therefore, for each category of gaming stars the additional funding would facilitate their performance and enhance their ability to create high-quality content. By supporting them via BestMeta fans will contribute to the development of their community.

LIQUIDITY OF PERSONALISED TOKENS
After fan exchanges some BMT for personalised tokens, it is still possible to exchange these tokens back for BMT. Due to the growing demand for personalised tokens of the gaming star with a good traction, it won’t be any problem to sell these tokens if needed.
There are several reasons to expect a good liquidity for tokens of the successful gaming stars:
Good performance leads to the increased fans base, which created more value for potential sponsors or advertisers. These companies will create enough demand for personalised tokens of gaming stars with the best performance, which greatly contributes to the liquidity.
There is an important aspect of BestMeta that supports this driver of liquidity: after esport gaming stars issue their tokens, all sponsorship and advertising deals will be performed with these tokens. Since successful gaming stars have a lot of commercial activity with large companies, this will support the liquidity of personalised tokens.
Investments from the gaming stars lead to higher expectations for their performance, which in its turn attracts commercial partners. Which, in turn, improves the liquidity of personalised tokens.
For example, in case of the esport teams that might be transfers, better boot camp, better agents, any other improvements that impact performance of the esport team — all of these increase demand for their personalised tokens. And as the team raises even more funds, it is possible to do even more improvements, which creates a positive feedback loop.
Tokenized esport teams get an additional incentive for better performance. Since the majority of teams are expected to keep some of the issued tokens, they have a monetary incentive to increase the price of these tokens, which in its turn is driven by the value of the brand. As the brand increases its value, it gets more attention from the sponsors and advertisers what provides a strong support for the liquidity of personalised tokens.
To conclude, personalised tokens provide a variety of opportunities for their owners. These tokens might be exchanged for exclusive merchandise, services, or back to the BMT.

THE TOKENS
The BestMeta ecosystem is based on an open source cryptographic token named BMT, which is transferable, fungible, can be used for the creation of Token Credits and Personalized Tokens.
Personalised Token Credit is a non ERC-20 token which is created by stars. The Personalised Token Credit is not available on external exchanges and can only be purchased with BMT or traded with other Personalised Tokens on BestMeta’s internal exchange platform.
Personalised Token is created by stars as the currency of their independent ecosystem (within the BestMeta platform). The Personalized Token can be purchased with BMT, fiat money, other cryptocurrencies, or traded with other Tokens on the BestMeta platform.
Personalised Tokens carry transactional functionalities, which are specified by the star during stage of their creation, and can also be used as a form of payment by the star in exchange for services received from the community, for example - administrative assistance supplied by members of the star’s ecosystem.
BMT is expected to be listed on multiple external cryptographic token exchanges in order to give an opportunity to openly buy them for those who want to take advantage of participation in the BestMeta ecosystem, and to sell them for those who would like to exit the ecosystem.
However, the BestMeta team is not responsible for nor does it pursue the circulation and trading of BMT on the market. Trading of BMT will merely depend on the consensus on its value between the relevant market participants, and no one is obliged to purchase any token from any token holder, not does anyone guarantee the liquidity or market price of the tokens to any extent at any time.
It should be noted that legislation in certain countries, such as the United States of America and People’s Republic of China, may prohibit the sale of the tokens to the residents of those countries. When buying BMT, the purchaser should be aware of the restrictions on their subsequent sale and thereby obliges to follow our instructions and/or those of the cryptographic token exchange when such purchaser resells his tokens to other users.

28 BESTMETA BLOCKCHAIN
BESTMETA BLOCKCHAINBestMeta is developing the protocol for player’s digital assets tokenization and management with gameplay and users’ habits peculiarities in mind. We aim to adjust the differences between the technology and usability to diminish the influence on a gameplay itself, i.e. the satisfaction and thrill one gets from playing.
On completing a thorough and detailed analysis of the current technologies, we have started the development of our own protocol on gamers’ digital assets management. Currently we are to offer the solutions for two major problems: transaction processing speed and fees control.
Our solution is based on the Ethereum platform fork with BFT-consensus system. The network backbone is formed by high-performance servers of BestMeta. Network capacity can be upgraded with external servers for verification and scalability by third-party users. This will enable BMT network node owners (for instance, teams and fan communities) to help the ecosystem and gain additional funds through BMT network transaction verifications
We have chosen to set flat fees for transactions and smart contracts creation and reduce the price to a minimal one so that we could guarantee cost-efficient micro transactions within the ecosystem. Setting zero fees is unreasonable as we aim to prevent using of the system for malicious purposes.
Additional users’ nodes connection to our blockchain is truly welcome to validate their operations and ensure data integrity. Users are capable of creating their smart contracts, sharing DApp (apps working directly with blockchain) in our applications store. This will be used to create additional interactions during tournaments and game and out-of-the game activities. All of this is highly likely to result in audience building and forming new ways of communication between gamers and their fans.
Our solution will enable BestMeta users to issue new digital assets and manage transactions in a decentralized environment with predictable operations costs and time not influencing users’ experience.

BESTMETA HIGH LEVEL ARCHITECTUREOur system is divided into separate layers, which solve specific tasks and do not overlap each other. Meanwhile it is extensible in terms of functionality and actors. The core of our ecosystem is BestMeta’s blockchain, which holds users’ assets and processes transaction management for every user and token in the system. Client applications deliver cross-platform tools for frictionless interaction with the blockchain. Third-party services, such as other blockchains (like Bitcoin, Ethereum), fiat payments, KYC identity providers are delivered to smart contracts via specific gateways, aka Oracles.

BM BLOCKCHAIN NODES High-throughput servers, which are the backbone of the BestMeta’s blockchain network. They process transactions and smart contract code, store the full blockchain database. Also they relay blockchain data to third-parties for immutability guarantees and extension of blockchain network capabilities. BestMeta provides main-net and test-net servers to test and deploy blockchain applications in a developer-friendly manner.
BM SMART CONTRACTS Business-logic of users’ interactions is coded into the set of smart-contracts. Core smart-contract supports upgradable interface and can be replaced by the improved implementation. Users’ smart-contracts can be deployed as well, which increases extension capabilities of BestMeta blockchain
CORPORATE KYC SERVICE KYC service for corporate entities, teams or celebrity users. It is a must-have security precaution measure to fight copyright infringement and scam attempts to plague on famous names, brands or teams. During corporate KYC effort team is signing legal bound to protect future token and merchandise users against possible legal actions.
USER BLOCKCHAIN NODES Third-parties may run blockchain nodes to consume information and enhance system’s capabilities. We identify these distinctive groups of future blockchain adopters:
fan groups and individuals teams corporate entities metadata consumers (advertising agencies, etc)
PERSONAL KYC SERVICE Personal identity verification service. To comply current and possible future regulations in cryptocurrencies we will use third-party services to enhance and validate user’s personal information. Bits of validated profiles (like age, country of residence or birth) are stored in blockchain and may be used by smart-contract’s business logic.
IDENTITY MANAGEMENT Provides a service to access information about the roles and constraints of a specific user or address. It may be used during token management, tournaments and other custom business logic.
TOKEN GENERATION GATEWAY (TGG) TGG is a crowdsale engine, the entry point for tokenization efforts. Every user eligible for generation of PTC or PT may create a new token at TGG and start using it immediately. The token can be transferred to other users, used as a payment vehicle at a merchandise store, or can be sold at a crowdsale market.

TOURNAMENT ENGINE (TEN) Teams may arrange tournaments and form a bounty pool with their tokens. The winners will benefit both from their leaderboard and donation pool earnings. Results of all competitions are stored in the blockchain and cannot be forged.
BACK-OFFICE Provides administrative staff with detailed information about KYC, transactions, leaderboards, exchange and other system components. It is used to maintain and keep the system running.
CLIENT APPLICATIONS Is the place where the fun begins. It is a set of web and mobile applications providing blockchain data to users in the most usable, enjoyable and amusing way.
WALLET APPLICATION (WAPP) Provides protocols for personal and collective token management, (including multisig wallets), PT and PTC tokens management, BMT tokens management.
DISTRIBUTED TOKEN EXCHANGE (DTEX)
After a successful crowdsale token will become automatically listed at the internal DTEX engine. Only tokens, which have passed successful crowdsale greater than the listing threshold, may be listed at the DTEX as the ones that have enough liquidity and user base. This measure raises competition levels and marketing efforts and activity for crowdsale participants. Besides token listing, DTEX provides two-way interface with fiat money and cryptocurrencies to simplify interactions. DTEX issues special tokens for fiat and cryptocurrency counterpart at DEX, which are 100% backed up by liquidity held on BM’s payment gateways.
MARKETPLACE ENGINE (MEN)
Marketplace guarantees performance of purchase contracts, including delivery and customer satisfaction. If any dispute arises, the system holds money or assets on escrow account unreleased until an agreement is reached.
ANALYTICS ENGINE
Cocollects system-wide data about performance of applications and blockchain services, as well as transactions and key DApps internal data. We use those data to constantly improve users’ experience and quality of the BestMeta’s services.
USER DAPPS
Distributed apps, which can be deployed by users on the top of BestMeta’s blockchain. An ability to meet specific business demands or provide unique interaction between teams, consume their services or merchandise over blockchain will open a huge window of opportunities for additional revenue streams for regular fans and users. Commercial business applications may also be a feature. Established development toolchains (solidity, truffle, etc.) can be used to develop and deploy DApps as BestMeta’s blockchain is 100% EVM compatible.

BESTMETA TOKEN GENERATION GATEWAY
Token generation gateway provides tools to generate new tokens and commence a crowdsale campaign for new tokens. It provides a unified bridge between blockchain, token smart contracts, payments processing and KYC / copyright policies inside BestMeta.
Every token (PTC or PT) is created as a separate smart contract inside Bestmeta blockchain. Both types of contracts are modelled against ERC20 smart contracts and are upgradable since the beginning. Users may use tokens in a usual way, as in Ethereum network.
The origins of Personalised Token Credit and Personalized Token are different. Potential scale and comparative value of those tokens on the platform require different efforts to produce and promote them after initial creation.

PERSONALISED TOKEN CREDIT
Personalised Token Credit can be launched by anyone – a single player, or aspiring gaming star, or even a side project. The potential scale of PTC is rather small and its generation is cheap and simple. However, creation of a new PTC costs at least 1 BMT to limit malicious actions (flood, DoS, counterfeiting).
Any user, who successfully passed a personal KYC may create their own token. Number of tokens is not limited to the users. PTC can be used inside these infrastructure elements:
TRADE – Personalised Token Credit can be exchanged to the BMT by a fixed price, set by token creator. This is a key difference from Personalised Token, as they are traded by a market price on the exchange.
MARKETPLACE – tokens can be used to define a price for the item or service listed at a marketplace. Automatic conversion to BMT token will be executed if buyer does not have a necessary amount of tokens
WALLET – tokens can be used as an asset to store and transfer value between users

PERSONALIZED TOKEN Personalized Token can be launched by a team or a group of individuals. It is required to proceed extra verification for an creator to be eligible to create a PT, as it usually involves strong branding bond and could possibly cause a copyright infringement if it would be issued by a person who does not possess rights to use trademark or a branding.
Therefore launch of PT involves a lot of extra KYC work and efforts. After successful validation, claimer can create the token and use their own branding. In case of PT, tokens may be owned by a team, where all decisions about further spending will be made on a consensus base. We estimate such behaviour to be a common for teams and advice users to create PT tokens using a multisignature wallet as a token owner.
PT can be used inside these infrastructure elements:
CROWDSALE – Personalised Token can be massively sold on a crowdsale campaign, during so-called Initial Token Offering period. Usual token sale mechanics apply to the ITO:
Bounty Bonuses Soft cap / hard cap limitations
EXCHANGE – after successful ITO, the token will be automatically listed on the DTEX exchange. After listing, anyone can buy and sell those token using market rate. If the crowdsale campaign collects enough liquidity during ITO, it will be listed to crypto/fiat currency on the exchange.
TOURNAMENTS – tokens can be used during tournaments to form a bounty pool
MARKETPLACE – token can be used to define a price for the item or service listed at a marketplace. Actual exchange rates will be used for marketplace pricing.
WALLET – token can be used as an asset to store and transfer value between users

37 BESTMETA WALLET
BESTMETA WALLET Our wallet solution is build in desktop and mobile version. It interacts directly with Ethereum and Bestmeta’s blockchains from browser or mobile. It is used as main store for user assets, such as Ethereum, BMT, PTC and PT tokens which are in possession of the user.
Under the hood our wallet is based on web3js blockchain library implementation and supports both Ethereum’s main-net and Bestmeta’s main-net / test-net. Common assets-management operations are supported, including transfer, receive, generation of new addresses.
To provide transparent access to the BMT tokens in both networks, we provide a one-click interface to lock/release desired amount for BMT for usage inside BestMeta. In this case a desired amount of BMT will be transferred to the address of BM payment gateway in Ethereum network, and allocated to the user’s account in BestMeta blockchain. The same mechanism is used to operate with asses in other blockchains.
For PT owners we provide multi-signature wallet interface to confirm operations depending on the consensus of owners.
TO PROVIDE TRANSPARENT ACCESS TO THE BMT TOKENS IN BOTH NETWORKS, WE PROVIDE A ONE-CLICK INTERFACE TO LOCK/RELEASE DESIRED AMOUNT FOR BMT FOR USAGE INSIDE BESTMETA

38 BESTMETA EXCHANGE
BESTMETA EXCHANGE
For exchange of Personalised Tokens at a secondary market we deploy a distributed exchange which enables trading of PT tokens to BMT or fiat / crypto-currencies. Since the beginning of operations we support the following cryptocurrencies:
BMT Bitcoin Ethereum Litecoin
To trade a fiat or cryptocurrency at distributed exchange a specific component Gateway is used. Every Gateway instance handles a specific crypto- or fiat currency. When the money goes into the gateway from outside, it emits appropriate amount of tokens to the receiver of the transaction. Therefore, for every external currency there is a corresponding internal token, which mirror the amount held on accounts of the gateway: BMUSD for USD, BMBTC for BTC etc.
We do not charge any specific fees for token exchange. It can be done automatically during interactions with other components of the system.

HOW BM DEX STORES THE ORDER BOOK IN BLOCKCHAIN.
For every token, placed on our exchange, we create a corresponding smart contract, one per each symbol. While this is one of the core activities of the system, smart contract issuance will cost zero for the issuer concerning the fees.
In this example we show how the DEX utilises smart contracts to handle the crucial part of the exchange - the orderbook. When the price drops a margin after a recent transaction, a new copy of the order book will be stored in the blockchain for the specific token (PT). New exchange rate quotes will be propagated to the consumers and users using the BM-DEX UI app will be notified about price change.

SECURITYBy design the system is protected from single point of failure due to its distributed infrastructure. All transactions, after verifications by processing nodes, are time-stamped and stored in the blockchain database. By their nature, transactions are irrevocable and nobody can not modify transactions happened in the past.
Account balance can be changed by the owner of cryptograhpic key. Each important asset action is protected with multisignature wallets, thus avoiding occasional token losses.
Every smart contract used in the system can be transparently upgraded by the system. No user interaction is involved and upgrade has a zero fee for the users. This feature allows us to fix security issues as soon as they will be detected and upgrade all affected smart contract through the system.
ALL TRANSACTIONS, AFTER VERIFICATIONS BY PROCESSING NODES, ARE TIME-STAMPED AND STORED IN THE BLOCKCHAIN DATABASE
