Refining complexProducing capacity:- For refining complex is 72 000 ton per year.

Assets:Movable and immovable assets, equipment of the refining complex.

Area occupied by the Complex is 5.5 hectare. There are three railway production loading facilities for 16 wagons and two car production loading facilities for 6 cars in the territory of the Complex.

Total volume capacity of 3 oil storage tanks for storage of oil and oil products is 15.8 thousand m3. There are 3 own wells providing the Complex with technical water in the territory of the Complex, there are also a metal workshop, a fire department, cooling towers with a basin, a pump station, garages, warehouses, service rooms, administration building with a canteen.

Bitumen Plant (incompleted construction)Project goal:Construction of bitumen unit.

Producing capacity:- For bitumen unit is 79 200 ton per year.

Area occupied by the Plant is 2.4 hectare.

Incompleted Bitumen plant includes the following completed works: Administration building.Raw material storage.Vacuum and atmos towers department.Oil processing block.Tar oil oxidating department. Tank farm for 6 000 m3.Cooling tower.Boiler house.Firefighting water pool.PTS-1000 transformer.

Steel production plantSteel production plant producing fencing slabs based on steel profile metal sheets and steel joist webs with rectangular and square section.

Producing capacity: 41.73 ton/hour, at 60% line utilization rate and annual nominal operation time equal to 4 thousand hours the plant can produce up to 100 000 ton of steel profiles per year.

Project implementation area: Almaty oblast, Zarechnoye village.

Assets: 7 130.54 m2 production department (security station, container, transforming sub-station, pump house, water tower, dead-end) and incompleted construction with a land plot 4.6000 hectare for the total amount of 1 609 000 tnge.

Product implementation area: products are used in construction of different industrial buildings, warehouses, trading and exhibition halls, leisure centers, air terminal buildings, etc.

Market value of assets: 1 807 069 thousand tenge (about 5.4 mln. $)

Meat cutting plantProject goal:Creation of agroindustrial complex for producing of high-quality meat products in the North region of Kazakhstan.

CHARACTERISTICS: Land plot – 4.5 hectare; Buildings and facilities – 3.57 thousand m2. Movable assets - 230 units.

The Plant has been built in 2008 and put into operation in 2009. the plant has eliminated its production in 2011. slaughtering has been restarted in 2014.

Producing capacity:• Slaughtering department – up to 10 ton of cattle meat per shift• Processing department – more than 3 ton of meat per shift or 1500 ton of

meat per year, 1500 ton of sausages and specialties, 200 ton of other products.

The area occupied by the complex is 10 198.6 m2 at land plot 8.8151 hectare.

Industrial site: The Plant is supported with electricity, transport communications, including approach line. Construction of the Plant has been completed in 2009, in December, 2009 the Plant has been put into operation by State Acceptance Commission Act.

Production of anti-corrosion coatings for steel pipes (finished-product storage, casting and molding shop, processing line)

Producing capacity: 2,7 (m3/hour)

Project implementation area: Almaty oblast, Kapchagay city

Assets: finished-product storage with the area 1,221.7 m2. Casting and molding shop with total area 2 896.0 m2, with land plot 0.3114 hectare, land plot 1.4338 hectare (rent for 49 years), movable assets (processing line for anticorrosion, 3-layer (epoxy, adhesive, polymer layers) covering of steel pipes with diameter from 60 to 1120 mm)
