A special purpose vehicle (SPV) created to manage the city bus operations successfully.Incorporated with shareholding of Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) and Bhopal Development Authority (BDA).Established in August 2006.Formed under Indian Companies Act 1956.The Mayor of the Bhopal City is Chairperson of BCLL.Started operation with 39 Star Buses in 2006.

BCLL launched Low Floor City Buses sanctioned under Bus Procurement Project of JnNURM.

• In very short time due to quality of Buses, services, regular frequency, Adhering to service level benchmark, Modern Technology, Proper Planning, Monitoring, Supervision & integration, the Public Transport system of BMC/BCLL became very popular.
