CHARLES FRÄNKL

Appointed on 1 December 2008, Charles Fränkl is CEO of the ClickandBuy Group.

Prior to this Fränkl had been CEO of AOL Deutschland and of Vodafone Informa-tion Systems, and Director of the Corpo-rate Customer Division at the cellphone provider E-Plus. Previously, he had established and headed the Data and Multimedia Products Divisions at the communications company Swisscom.

DR CHRISTOPHKURPINSKI

Since 1 May 2009, Dr Christoph Kurpinksi has been CTO of the Clickand-Buy Group and CEO of CBS GmbH.

Thanks to his experience in a range of management positions in the communi-cation and information technology sec-tor, Dr Kurpinski has exactly the profes-sional background that the ClickandBuy Group needs for this period of increased expansion.

FRANK BRINKER

Frank Brinker is CFO at ClickandBuy. He is responsible for the Finance, Controlling and Legal portfolios.

Brinker joined the company in 2004 from the Nassauische Sparkasse, Germany’s fourth-largest savings bank. From 1994 onwards he assumed positions in the B2B and B2C units, holding the post of Director of Private Customers in his last four years there.

MICHAEL GRODD

As CMO Michael Grodd has been responsible for our Marketing/Sales unit since the end of 2008.

In 2006 he was appointed to the Man-aging Board of the communications specialist Arcor where he was assigned responsibility for Sales and Marketing. Grodd can also call on his experience as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Mobilcom.
