Enrollment  (Unilevel)  Tree  When  you  purchase  your  eBiz  Kit  for  $29.95  you  become  an  eFoods  Global  Independent  Business  Owner  (IBO).  The  person  who  introduced  you  to  eFoods  Global  is  your  Enroller  and  you  are  automatically  placed  in  their  Enrollment  Tree  on  their  first  level.  Sometimes  this  kind  of  tree  is  generally  referred  to  as  a  Unilevel  Tree  that  builds  level  upon  level.

Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree  Initially,  the  Enrollment  Tree  serves  as  a  Holding  Tank  where  you  reside  until  your  Enroller  places  you  into  the  two-­‐sided  (binary)  Team  Commission  Tree  with  a  left  team  and  a  right  team.    

 

As  you  can  see  above,  the  Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree  has  limited  width  (2  Legs)  but  unlimited  depth.  Your  Enroller  will  place  you  on  one  of  the  two  sides  and  you  will  do  the  same  with  the  IBOs  you  enroll,  creating  a  team  effect  that  can  benefit  everyone  on  the  team.  In  fact,  this  effect  is  precisely  the  reason  why  we  call  it  a  “Team”  Tree.  While  your  Enrollment  Tree  starts  with  you  and  traces  the  enrollment  relationships  of  your  entire  organization,  your  Team  Commission  Tree  may  benefit  from  people  you  did  not  enroll  and  include  overflow  from  your  Enrollment  Organization  above  you.  

 Remember  how  you  were  automatically  placed  on  your  Enroller’s  first  level  in  the  Enrollment  Tree?  Well,  that  may  or  may  not  be  the  case  on  the  Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree.  On  this  tree,  your  Enroller  has  48  hours  to  place  you  in  the  first  available  position.  It  is  important  to  note  that  you  will  not  be  able  to  personally  enroll  new  people  in  the  Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree  until  your  Enroller  has  actually  placed  you.  If  your  Enroller  has  not  placed  you  within  48  hours,  you  will  be  strategically  placed  by  the  computer.  

When  you  personally  enroll  a  new  IBO,  that  person  will  be  placed  in  your  Holding  Tank  for  placement  in  the  Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree.  You  will  likewise  have  48  hours  to  place  the  people  you  enroll  in  your  Team  Commission  Tree.  If  you  do  not  place  them  within  this  timeframe  the  computer  will  automatically  place  them  for  you.  Consult  with  your  personal  Enroller  or  leaders  in  your  Enroller  Organization  for  placement  strategies,  but  a  basic  strategy  is  to  keep  your  2  teams  as  balanced  as  possible.  Also,  please  note  that  usually  spouses  jointly  occupy  one  position  in  the  Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree  as  shown  below.  If  spouses  want  separate  positions,  they  may  do  so,  but  must  be  personally  enrolled  by  the  original  Enroller  of  the  first  spouse  who  joined,  helping  to  avoid  challenges  with  the  way  certain  commissions  provided  by  eFoods  Global  are  managed  (i.e.  25%  Personal  Match  described  later).

Preferred  Customer  Tree  Your  Enrollment  Tree  is  also  used  to  manage  your  relationship  with  your  Preferred  Customers  (non-­‐commissioned  product  consumers)  who  reside  in  your  Preferred  Customer  Tree.  For  all  purposes  of  the  Earning  Plan,  Preferred  Customers  and  their  purchases  function  as  an  extension  of  you  and  your  purchases  in  the  Enrollment  (Unilevel)  Tree.  In  other  words,  Preferred  Customer  purchases  help  you  meet  the  qualifications  established  to  earn  commissions  as  described  later.  There  are  many  benefits  to  having  as  many  Preferred  Customers  as  you  can  and  their  purchases  are  critical  to  our  company  and  play  a  vital  role  in  earnings.  When  your  combined  purchases  exceed  your  minimum  requirement  to  earn  commissions  (80  Personal  Qualifying  Volume  or  PQV),  you  receive  a  25%  Personal  Sales  Bonus  on  the  excess  (see  Personal  Sales  Bonus  below).  The  volume  remaining  after  you  have  been  paid  any  Personal  Sales  Bonus  due  you,  travels  with  you  to  the  Team  Commission  Tree  and  is  commissioned  throughout  the  entire  structure  as  described  later.    

Please  note  that  you  must  be  an  Active  IBO  to  participate  in  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  To  be  considered  active,  you  (combined  with  your  Preferred  Customer  purchases)  need  to  generate  a  minimum  of  80  PQV  once  every  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period.  As  a  convenience,  eFoods  Global  has  established  an  Automatic  Replenishment  Order  (ARO)  program  that  can  also  help  you  meet  your  PQV  requirement.  This  optional  program  allows  you  to  establish  a  standing  order  that  ships  once  every  four  weeks  using  the  method  of  payment  you  select.  Sometimes  we  call  this  a  business  protect  program  that  ensures  your  Active  status  so  that  you  do  not  miss  out  on  any  commission  you  may  have  earned.  

Essential  Life  Code  Tree  Finally,  your  Enrollment  Tree  is  used  to  track  and  manage  the  financial  relationships  established  in  the  Essential  Life  Code  Tree  where  only  Essential  IBO’s  (eIBOs)  reside.  As  an  IBO,  once  you  (including  your  Preferred  Customers)  initially  generate  350  in  Essential  PQV  during  any  one  Weekly  Commission  Period  (may  be  accomplished  with  an  Essentials  Pack),  you  permanently  become  an  Essential  IBO  (eIBO)  and  will  be  placed  in  the  Essential  Life  Code  Tree.  By  then  developing  additional  eIBOs,  you  begin  forming  your  Essential  Life  Code  Tree.  As  you  will  soon  find,  this  tree  is  one  of  the  primary  components  of  success  at  eFoods  Global.  It  provides  the  best  and  fastest  way  to  enjoy  ALL  of  the  benefits  of  the  Earning  Plan  –  especially  the  ability  to  earn  Essential  Reward  Points  (ER  Points).    

We  highly  recommend  that  you  educate  yourself  about  initiating  your  business  with  an  Essentials  Pack  and  seriously  consider  this  option.  With  as  few  as  six  others  who  join  you  as  eIBOs  (illustrated  below),  you  quickly  begin  to  take  full  advantage  of  the  Earning  Plan.  

 

 

 

 

 

   

Summary  Let’s  briefly  summarize  what  we  have  discussed  to  this  point.  Again,  the  Enrollment  Tree  is  the  relationship  tree  that  governs  all  sales  activity  from  the  other  trees.  It  is  where  qualifications  are  defined,  Ranks  are  achieved  and  where  all  Personal  Match  and  Generation  Match  commissions  are  calculated.  The  Team  Commission  Tree  is  where  residual  Team  Earnings  are  generated.  The  Preferred  Customer  Tree  is  where  personal  sales  are  managed  and  compensated.  The  Essential  Life  Code  Tree  is  where  all  Life  Codes  and  Essential  Reward  Points  are  earned.  As  you  share  eFoods  Global’s  extraordinary  foods  with  others,  you  will  begin  to  generate  commissions  in  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  Once  you  start  earning,  you  will  better  comprehend  how  we  have  crafted  a  plan  where  anyone  can  prosper  if  they  are  willing  to  work.

THE  EARNING  PLAN      There  are  four  main  components  of  the  Earning  Plan:    1) Personal  Sales  Bonus    2) Enroller  Sales  Bonus  3) Team  Earnings  

a)  Team  Commissions  b)  Team  Generation  Match  c)  Team  Personal  Match    

4) Essential  Life  Codes    a) Life  Codes  b) Life  Code  Generation  Match  c) Life  Code  Personal  Match  d) Life  Code  Essential  Reward  Points  (ER  Points)  

     These  four  main  components  subdivide  into  a  combined  total  of  9  powerful  ways  to  earn  -­‐  3  are  available  to  Active  IBOs  and  all  9  are  available  to  Active  eIBOs  as  further  differentiated  below:    Active  IBOs  are  entitled,  when  Qualified,  to  the  following  bonuses  only  when  they  meet  the  minimum  requirements.  More  specifically,  an  IBO  who  generates  80  PQV  every  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period  is  considered  ACTIVE  and  is  eligible  to  earn  the  following  Bonuses:    

• Personal  Sales  Bonus  • Enroller  Sales  Bonus  • Team  Commissions    

 Active  Essential  IBOs  (eIBOs)  are  eligible,  when  Qualified,  to  earn  all  of  the  above  commissions  and  bonuses  and  the  following  commissions  and  bonuses:    

• Team  Commission  Personal  Match  • Essential  Life  Codes  (1–5  Star)  • Life  Code  Personal  Match  • Life  Code  Generation  Match  • Life  Code  Weekly  Food  Credits    

 Below,  we  take  each  bonus/commission  listed  above  and  describe  what  you  have  to  do  to  be  both  eligible  and  qualified  to  maximize  the  benefits  available  to  IBOs  and  or  eIBOs.      PERSONAL  SALES  BONUS  (For  Active  &  Qualified  IBOs  &  eIBOs)  Preferred  Customer  purchases  are  the  foundation  of  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  Preferred  Customers,  IBOs  and  eIBOs  may  purchase  products,  and  these  purchases  generate  Personal  Qualifying  Volume  (PQV).  All  volume  generated  over  the  80  PQV  during  any  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period  will  generate  a  Personal  Sales  Bonus  of  25%.    

For  example,  if  you  generate  180  PQV  from:  1)  People  ordering  six  free  meals  (each  Sharing  Pack  has  5  PQV)  from  your  website;  2)  Preferred  Customer  purchases;  and  3)  your  own  purchases;  you  would  exceed  your  80  PQV  requirement  by  100  PQV.  When  that  happens,  you  earn  a  $25*  Personal  Sales  Bonus  (25%  of  100  PQV  =  $25).  The  remaining  commissionable  25%  travels  with  you  to  the  Team  Commission  Tree  and  is  paid  throughout  the  structure.      *This  example  does  not  represent  a  guarantee  of  volume  or  income.  Individual  effort,  skill  set  and  results  will  vary.  Does  not  apply  to  the  350  PQV  points  used  for  the  one-­‐time  upgrade  to  eIBO  status.    ENROLLER  SALES  BONUS  (For  Active  &  Qualified  IBOs  &  eIBOs)  As  an  Active  IBO/eIBO,  you  will  receive  a  $35  Enroller  Sales  Bonus  each  time  one  of  your  personally  enrolled  IBOs  achieves  their  Essential  Volume  (350  PQV  in  a  Weekly  Commission  Period  –  most  easily  accomplished  with  an  Essentials  Pack)  for  the  first  time  and  becomes  an  eIBO.

TEAM  EARNINGS  Team  Earnings  generate  residual  income  that  can  lead  to  sustained  earning  power.  As  described  earlier,  when  you  enroll  new  IBOs  and  build  your  team,  each  new  IBO  is  placed  in  one  of  two  legs  in  your  Team  Commission  Tree.  There  are  three  ways  for  you  to  be  compensated  on  your  Team  Commission  Tree:      1) Team  Commissions  (10%)  2) Team  Generation  Match  (25%  allocated  between  5  Generations  at  5%  each)  3) Team  Personal  Match  (25%)    Team  Commissions  (For  Active  &  Qualified  IBOs  &  eIBOs)    Each  week  you  have  the  chance  to  earn  a  10%  commission  *  on  the  Qualifying  Volume  (QV)  in  your  lesser  of  two  legs  by  being  Active  (80  PQV  minimum)  and  Qualified.  Qualified  signifies  that  you  have  one  personally  enrolled  Active  IBO  on  each  side  of  the  Team  Commission  Tree  (1  on  the  left  team  and  1  on  the  right  team).  We  call  the  lesser  volume  leg  your  Earnings  Team  and  the  larger  volume  leg  your  Empowerment  Team.  As  long  as  you  remain  Active,  volume  on  your  Earnings  Team  will  accumulate  and  carry  over  until  the  minimum  of  350  PQV  is  achieved  that  actually  generates  payment  (a  $35  minimum).  If  everyone  in  the  following  illustration  had  80  PQV,  the  Empowerment  Team  would  generate  800  PQV  (10  x  80  =  800)  and  the  Earning  Team  would  generate  560  PQV  (7  X  80  =  560)  and  a  Team  Commissions  in  the  amount  of  $56*.      *This  example  does  not  represent  a  guarantee  of  volume  or  income.  Individual  effort,  skill  set  and  results  will  vary.            

         As  you  remain  Active,  all  volume  that  is  not  included  in  the  10%  Team  Commission  payout  for  any  given  week  (less  than  350  PQV)  will  remain  as  carry-­‐over  volume**  allowing  you  to  be  paid  on  it  at  a  later  time.  This  generous  plan  provides  the  potential  to  be  paid  on  all  of  the  volume  in  your  team  organization.  You  can  earn  up  to  $10,000  a  week  from  Team  Commissions***!    *  This  actually  represents  5%  of  the  equal  amount  of  volume  from  both  sides  of  your  Team  Tree.    **  All  paid  volume  is  removed  before  the  next  commission  period.  If  at  any  time  you  become  inactive  with  less  than  80  PQV  (from      personal  &  Preferred  Customer  purchases),  all  accumulated  volume  is  removed.    ***eFoods  Global  does  not  guarantee  volume  or  income.  Individual  effort,  skill  set  and  results  will  vary.    Team  Generation  Match  (For  Active  &  Qualified  eIBOs  only)  The  Team  Commission  Generation  Match  provides  income  from  your  entire  organization  in  relation  to  your  enrollment  activity.  As  an  Active  Bronze  eIBO  or  higher,  you  qualify  to  participate  in  the  Team  Generation  Match,  whereby  the  company  matches  a  percentage  of  the  Team  Commissions  earned  by  IBOs  and  eIBOs  on  your  Enrollment  Tree.

As  you  may  recall,  your  Enrollment  Tree  establishes  your  relationship  with  everyone  you  have  enrolled  throughout  multiple  generations  and  on  multiple  Enrollment  Legs.                                        

                     A  generation  includes  all  of  the  IBOs  in  the  Enrollment  Tree  starting  with  your  Personally  Enrolled  (everyone  on  your  first  level)  down  to  and  including  the  next  Bronze  or  above  in  each  Enrollment  Tree  leg.  Imagine  all  of  the  people  in  your  organization  who  earned  10%  Team  Commissions,  and  now  you  have  an  opportunity  to  earn  5%  of  that  entire  amount  through  as  many  as  5  generations!      As  you  qualify  for  one  generation  of  Team  Commissions,  you  earn  a  matched  percentage**  of  all  Team  Commissions  in  that  generation  each  week.  The  same  pattern  continues  with  each  subsequent  Generation  Match  you  are  qualified  to  receive.      To  help  you  better  understand  Generation  Matches,  the  following  example  identifies  the  power  of  this  important  component  of  the  Earning  Plan.  As  a  ranking  Diamond  (one  of  our  achievement  ranks)  you  earn  5%  down  5  Generations.

 Team  Personal  Match  (For  Active  &  Qualified  eIBOs  only)  An  Active  and  Qualified  eIBO  is  eligible  for  up  to  a  25%  match  on  the  10%  Team  Commissions  of  their  personally  enrolled  (first  level)  IBOs/eIBOs.                      

Example:  If  an  eIBO  has  personally  enrolled  ten  first  level  IBOs/eIBOs,  and  each  earns  $1,000  in  10%  Team  Commissions  –  a  total  of  $10,000  –  the  eIBO  who  enrolled  the  ten  can  earn  up  to  $2,500***  in  Team  Personal  Match  (25%  of  $10,000  =  $2,500).

allocated  to  the  Team  Matches.    ***eFoods  Global  does  not  guarantee  volume  or  income.  Individual  effort,  skill  set  and  results  will  vary.  

ESSENTIAL  LIFE  CODES  (Active  and  Qualified  eIBOs  only)  You  must  be  an  Active  and  Qualified  eIBO  to  earn  Essential  Life  Codes.  Essential  Life  Codes  are  the  backbone  of  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  By  enrolling  new  IBOs  within  your  organization,  you  can  potentially  earn  an  Essential  Life  Code  bonus  on  the  initial  350  in  Essential  Volume  they  generate  in  a  one-­‐week  commission  period.      Essential  Life  Codes  are  established  upon  the  enrollment  of  New  IBOs  for  $29.95  who  generate  their  initial  350  in  Essential  Volume  in  a  one-­‐week  commission  period  and  permanently  become  an  eIBO.  A  $350  Essentials  Pack  will  meet  this  qualification  immediately,  or  if  an  IBO  so  chooses,  they  may  sell  product  to  Preferred  Customers  through  their  personal  website  until  they  accumulate  350  PQV  during  a  Weekly  Commission  Period.    

Life  Codes  will  be  assigned  and  paid  to  eIBOs  every  time  a  new  IBO  achieves  350  in  Essential  Volume.  Please  make  certain  you  understand  the  importance  of  becoming  an  eIBO.  Any  IBO  who  does  not  meet  this  requirement  will  forfeit  any  Essential  Life  Code  Bonus  and  potential  coding  on  any  IBO  or  eIBO  that  joined  them  prior  to  their  becoming  an  eIBO.  You  have  the  weekly  commission  period  you  join  plus  three  more  to  secure  the  Life  Code  relationship  with  anyone  you  enrolled  as  an  IBO  or  eIBO  before  you  become  an  eIBO.  If  you  are  an  Active  IBO,  you  will  earn  the  $35  Enroller  Sales  Bonus,  but  you  are  not  coded  to  any  eIBOs  until  you  become  and  eIBO  yourself.  Once  you  enter  your  fifth  week  as  an  eFoods  Global  IBO,  you  will  forfeit  any  coding  and  potential  coding  on  the  IBOs  or  eIBOs  you  may  have  enrolled  to  that  point.  Of  course,  you  can  always  become  an  eIBO  at  anytime  in  the  future  and  start  securing  Life  Codes  on  the  people  you  enroll  from  that  point  forward.  

There  are  two  types  of  Essential  Life  Codes:  

• Financial:  An  eIBO  will  be  paid  between  $15–$75,  once  a  new  IBO  who  is  coded  to  them  meets  the  minimum  350  Essential  Volume  requirement  for  the  first  time  and  becomes  an  eIBO.  

• Rewards:  An  Essential  IBO  will  receive  a  maximum  of  1  Essential  Reward  Point  whenever  an  IBO  becomes  an  eIBO  with  their  initial  350  Essential  Volume  in  a  Weekly  Commission  Period.  

To  earn  an  Essential  Life  Code,  you  must  be  an  Active  eIBO.  If  at  any  time  you  become  inactive  with  less  than  80  PQV  during  a  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period,  all  financial  Life  Code  Bonuses  will  be  paid  to  the  first  Active  eIBO  above  you,  whom  you  are  coded  to,  in  your  Life  Code  Tree.  After  three  consecutive  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Periods  (12  weeks)  of  inactivity,  you  will  permanently  lose  your  Life  Codes,  and  they  will  be  recoded  to  you  the  Active  eIBO  above  you  in  the  Life  Code  Tree  who  has  been  receiving  the  roll  up.  You  will  always  maintain  your  Essential  Reward  Points.  They  will  only  be  lost  if  you  chose  not  to  renew  your  business  annually.

In  the  following  graph,  you  can  see  how  Life  Codes  are  assigned  to  the  Enrollment  Organization  in  relation  to  “F”—a  brand  new  eIBO.  As  you  will  note,  the  eIBO  status  lists  eIBOs  from  5-­‐Star  down  to  Star.  Of  course,  this  is  not  representative  of  every  organization.  For  example,  if  “C”  achieved  5-­‐Star  status,  then  starting  with  “D”  you  would  replace  the  orange  and  green  codes  assigned  to  “A”  and  “B”  with  the  purple  assigned  to  “C”  throughout  the  remainder  of  the  graph.  However,  as  designed,  the  graph  allows  us  to  illustrate  the  power  of  the  Life  Codes  by  showing  who  earned  each  code,  based  on  their  eIBO  status.  Please  note  that  for  purposes  of  this  chart,  the  $35  Enroller  Sales  Bonus  is  equated  to  the  Star  Life  Code.  

 

As  you  can  see  above,  “A”  has  earned  ten  Life  Codes  (all  green  boxes  right  of  the  Status  column);  the  Star  Code  valued  at  $35  and  nine  Life  Codes  ranging  from  1-­‐Star  to  5-­‐Star  –  all  valued  at  $15  each,  for  a  total  of  $170  ($35  +  (9  X  $15)  =  $170).      

In  the  companion  graph  below,  you  can  see  how  Life  Codes  are  assigned  when  “F”  personally  enrolls  six  eIBOs.  This  graph  further  illustrates  the  importance  of  enrolling  at  least  six  eIBOs  as  quickly  as  possible  to  maximize  your  personal  benefits.  

 

As  you  will  note,  “A”  has  earned  an  additional  five  Life  Codes  worth  $15  each  for  another  $75  –  a  total  of  $245  ($170  +  $75).  By  personally  enrolling  six  eIBOs  and  becoming  a  5-­‐Star,  “F”  has  earned  a  total  of  six  Star  Codes  at  $35  and  fifteen  additional  Life  Codes  worth  $15  each  for  a  total  of  $435  ((6  X  35)  +  (15  X  $15)  =  $435).

GLOSSARY  IN  ORDER  OF  APPEARANCE  Enrollment  Tree   The  structure  that  governs  the  relationship  between  you,  your  

Enroller,  the  people  you  enroll  and  the  people  they  enroll,  and  so  forth,  through  a  potentially  infinite  number  of  enrollments.  

Team  Commission  (Binary)  Tree  

The  two-­‐sided  organization  where  members  of  your  Enrollment  Organization,  including  you,  your  sponsor  and  everyone  you  are  responsible  for  introducing  to  eFoods  Global,  places  the  people  they  have  enrolled  to  generate  10%  residual  commissions  through  a  potentially  infinite  number  of  placements  on  the  smaller  of  the  two  legs  -­‐  known  as  your  Earnings  Team.    

Preferred  Customer  Tree   The  structure  that  connects  you  to  your  Preferred  Customers.  All  orders  placed  by  your  Preferred  Customers  generate  PQV  for  you  and  can  help  you  meet  the  various  personal  volume  requirements  outlined  in  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  

Preferred  Customer   Product  consumers  who  order  product  directly  from  eFoods  Global  at  IBO  prices  and  who  may  participate  in  eFoods  Global's  Auto  Replenishment  Order  program  and  automatically  receive  the  products  they  select.  

Independent  Business  Owner  (IBO)  

Someone  who  enrolls  in  eFoods  Global  with  the  intention  to  build  a  marketing  and  distribution  organization  and  potentially  earn  the  compensation  outlined  in  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  

Enroller   The  IBO  who  enrolled  you  into  eFoods  Global.  

Enroller  Organization   The  organization  that  links  you  to  eFoods  Global;  from  your  Enroller  up  and  from  you  down.  

Enrollment  Leg   An  Enrollment  Leg  starts  with  each  of  the  IBOs  you  have  personally  enrolled  in  eFoods  Global  who  are  placed  frontline  to  you  on  the  Enrollment  Tree.  

Overflow   Your  Team  Commission  Tree  may  include  people  you  have  personally  enrolled  and  people  your  Enrollment  Organization  above  you  have  placed  on  your  Team  Commission  Tree  below  you.  The  people  from  the  Enrollment  Organization  above  you  and  the  volume  they  generate  are  jointly  considered  overflow  and  result  in  10%  commissions  paid  to  you  when  on  your  Earnings  Leg.  

Personal  Sales  Bonus   You  earn  25%  of  the  PQV  generated  by  you  and  your  Preferred  Customers  in  excess  of  the  80  PQV  requirement  to  be  Active.  The  remaining  25%  PQV  travels  with  you  to  the  Team  Tree  and  is  commissioned.  

Active   An  IBO  who  maintains  a  minimum  of  80  PQV  each  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period.

4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period   The  periods  eFoods  Global  uses  to  determine  activity  and  eligibility  to  participate  in  the  various  aspects  of  the  eFoods  Global  Earning  Plan.  There  are  thirteen  4-­‐week  periods  each  calendar  year.  

Automatic  Replenishment  Order  (ARO)  

An  optional  standing  order  that  processes  on  the  last  Sunday  of  a  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period  using  the  method  of  payment  you  select.  This  order  counts  toward  your  80  PQV  requirement.  It  is  also  a  great  way  to  ensure  you  are  always  Active.  

Weekly  Commission  Period   While  personal  qualifications  must  be  met  every  4  weeks  to  remain  Active  and  be  eligible  to  earn  commissions,  actual  commissions  are  calculated  and  paid  weekly  based  on  activity  during  that  week.  A  weekly  commission  period  runs  from  Sunday  at  12:00  a.m.  Pacific  Time  to  Saturday  at  11:59  p.m.  Pacific  Time.  Commissions  are  issued  the  following  Friday  during  the  subsequent  commission  period.  

Qualified   An  IBO/eIBO  needs  80  PQV  to  be  Active.  But  to  be  Qualified,  the  IBO/eIBO  must  meet  the  requirement  specified  by  rank  to  earn  all  related  commissions.  For  example,  to  be  Team  Commission  Qualified  an  IBO/eIBO  must  have  a  Personally  Enrolled  and  Active  IBO  on  the  right  leg  and  on  the  left  leg  of  their  Team  Commission  Tree.  

Sharing  Pack   Six  FREE  meals  that  every  IBO  can  offer  to  potential  Customers  and  IBOs  who  simply  pay  $9.95  shipping  and  processing.  The  Sharing  Pack  also  generates  5  PQV  that  helps  meet  an  existing  IBO’s  PQV  requirements.  

Essential  IBO  (eIBO)   An  IBO  who,  including  Preferred  Customer  purchases,  has,  for  the  first  time,  generated  350  in  Essential  Volume  during  a  Weekly  Commission  Period.  A  $350  Essentials  Pack  will  most  easily  meet  this  requirement.  Essential  Volume  is  used  to  generate  and  fund  Essential  Life  Codes.  It  also  helps  you  meet  any  PQV  requirements  and  counts  as  Qualification  Volume  used  to  determine  Rank.  We  also  have  Essential  Reward  Points  (ER  Points)  associated  with  the  initial  generation  of  Essential  Volume.  This  requirement  only  needs  to  be  met  one  time.  

Essential  Reward  Point  (ER  Point)  

Essential  Reward  Points  are  generated  by  the  initial  development  of  Essential  Volume.  Each  ER  Point  can  be  redeemed  for  product,  banked  as  reserves  held  by  the  company,  donated  to  your  charity  of  choice,  or  redeemed  for  a  variety  of  rewards  in  eFoods  Global's  Essential  Reward  Center.  

Enroller  Sales  Bonus   Every  time  a  new  IBO  generates  their  initial  350  in  Essential  Volume  (easily  accomplished  with  the  purchase  of  a  $350  Essential  Pack),  their  Enroller,  if  Active,  will  earn  a  $35  Enroller  Sales  Bonus.  

Team  Earnings   The  10%  Team  Commissions  generated  by  everyone  on  your  Enrollment  Tree,  starting  with  your  personally  enrolled  first  level  on  down.

Team  Commissions   The  earnings  generated  from  your  Team  Tree  –  10%  team  commissions,  25%  cumulative  Team  Generation  Match  and  25%  Team  Personal  Match.  

Team  Generation  Match   Starting  with  your  personally  enrolled  first  level  down  to  the  first  Bronze  or  higher  ranking  IBO/eIBO,  you  are  eligible  to  earn  5%  of  all  the  Team  Commissions  generated,  down  through  a  maximum  of  5  Generations  of  Bronze  or  higher  ranking  IBOs/eIBOs  in  each  Enrollment  Leg,  for  a  cumulative  payout  of  25%.  

Team  Personal  Match   25%  of  the  10%  Team  Commissions  earned  by  the  IBOs  you  have  personally  enrolled.  

Essential  Life  Codes   Financial  and  Reward  –  Come  with  the  enrollment  of  every  eIBO  in  your  Life  Code  Tree.  

Life  Codes   The  Star  Code  is  assigned  to  your  first  eIBO  and  this  person  functions  as  your  qualifier  to  earn  Essential  Life  Code  rewards  on  all  subsequent  eIBOs  who  are  connected  or  coded  to  you.  Each  subsequent  code,  1-­‐Star,  2-­‐Star,  3-­‐Star,  4-­‐Star  and  5-­‐Star,  is  valued  at  $15.  As  you  advance  in  code,  you  are  eligible  to  earn  all  of  the  previous  codes,  when  qualified.  So  as  a  5-­‐Star,  for  example,  you  can  earn  the  1-­‐Star  through  5-­‐Star  codes  and  receive  $75  for  each  Star  you  personally  enroll.  When  someone  is  between  you  and  a  new  eIBO  in  your  Life  Code  Tree,  you  always  make  the  difference  between  their  Code  and  yours.  Please  see  the  Earning  Plan  for  full  details.  

Life  Code  Generation  Match   A  generation  starts  with  each  personally  enrolled  IBO  and  goes  down  to  and  includes  the  first  Bronze  or  higher  ranking  IBO  in  each  Leg  of  your  Enrollment  Tree  Organization.  The  second  Generation  starts  with  the  IBOs  under  that  Bronze  or  higher  ranking  IBO  and  goes  down  to  and  includes  the  next;  and  so  forth  until  a  maximum  5  generations  are  found  (when  available).  From  the  Life  Code  Generation  Match,  you  earn  5%  of  the  Life  Code  earnings  of  all  eIBOs  within  each  generation.  This  represents  a  25%  maximum  allocation  through  5  generations.  

Life  Code  Personal  Match   As  an  eIBO,  you  can  earn  a  25%  match  of  the  Life  Code  earnings  generated  by  each  of  your  personally  enrolled  eIBOs.  

Qualifying  Volume  (QV)   The  volume  generated  by  each  leg  of  your  Enrollment  Tree,  through  infinity,  used  to  meet  Rank  qualifications  listed  in  the  Earning  Plan.  No  more  than  40%  of  the  Rank  qualification  can  come  from  any  single  Enrollment  Tree  Leg  beginning  with  the  Rank  of  Bronze  and  continuing  all  the  way  to  the  Rank  of  Diamond.  

Personal  Qualifying  Volume  (PQV)  

The  volume  you  and  your  Preferred  Customers  generate.  A  minimum  of  80  PQV  is  required  to  be  considered  Active.  However,  you  must  have  one  Active  person  on  each  leg  of  your  Team  Tree  to  be  Qualified  for  Team  Commissions.  To  ensure  you  meet  your  80  PQV  requirement,  you  may  elect  to  establish  an  Automatic  Replenishment  Order  (ARO)  that  ships  automatically  four  weeks  from  the  date  of  your  last  order  when  your  PQV  is  less  than  80.

Earnings  Team   The  lesser  leg  of  your  Team  Tree  where  you  earn  your  10%  Team  Commission  -­‐  when  Active  and  Qualified  with  an  Active  IBO  on  both  your  Earnings  Team  and  your  Empowerment  Team.  

Empowerment  Team   The  larger  leg  of  your  Team  Tree  that  empowers  you  to  earn  your  10%  Team  Commission  on  your  lesser  leg  or  Earnings  Team.  

Rank   The  commission  level  you  achieve  each  4-­‐Week  Qualification  Period  based  on  being:  a)  Active,  b)  Qualified  and  c)  meeting  the  required  volume  benchmarks.  

Title   The  highest  Rank  ever  achieved  and  used  for  all  recognition  purposes.  (12-­‐week  Qualifying  Period)  

Team  Earnings  Cap   The  earnings  cap  established  by  Rank  for  your  Earnings  Team.  

Earnings  Team  Check  Volume   While  commissions  on  your  Earnings  Team  will  accumulate  as  long  as  you  remain  Active,  commissions  are  issued  once  there  is  at  least  350  in  Organization  Volume  on  your  Earnings  Team.  

Organization  Volume  (OV)   The  volume  generated  on  your  Earnings  Team.
