What is Equitable TOD?

Equitable TOD (ETOD) aims to ensure that all people, including those who are low income, reap the benefits of living in healthy, sustainable communities near transit, including access to living wage jobs, affordable housing, entrepreneurship opportunities, quality schools, parks, fresh foods, neighborhood services and childcare.
