Albert Einstein Biography
Albert Einstein was born in Germany. Einstein claimed that one of the most important influences and igniting his love for science and mathematics was a young medical student IMAX Talmud. He would eventually end to the Swiss Federal Polytechnic School in Zurich where he trained as a teacher. Einstein married a former physics classmate in 1903, and 1905, became known as Einstein’s miracle year.
He published four papers on the subject the Photo electrics, Brownian motion, Special relativity, and Equivalence of matter and energy. Each of these papers altered the course that modern physics. In his paper mass energy equivalence, Einstein produced the equation E equals MC squared from his special relativity equations. E equals MC squared communicated the concept that the massive a body is a measure of its energy content.
He returned to Germany in 1914 to assume the role of director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for physics. In 1911, Einstein became world famous, and in 1921, he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics. In 1933, the Nazis rising to power under Adolf Hitler, Einstein fled Germany and immigrated to the United States.
Einstein became an important figure in American society, most notable fray scientific contributions, but also as a pacifist and promoter of peace and free-thinking. In 1952, Einstein was offered the presidency of Israel, a cultural leadership position which he declined. Albert Einstein’s many works including his special theory of relativity greatly influence the surrounding scientific community as well as the modern world.
Direct strategies
Taking notes is the practice of recording information captured from another source.
By taking notes, the writer records the essence of the information, freeing their mind from having to recall everything. Taking notes in class
- Use short sentences and phrases and easily remembered - Some commonly used abbreviations and symbols are: eg (for example) w/ (with) w/o (without) = (equal, is) - Write clearly and leave lots of blank space in the left margin or between ideas in case you need to add information later. - Read over your notes as soon as you can later class. If there is anything you don’t understand, ask the teacher at the next class Taking notes from textbooks.
- Organize your paper the same as for class notes; putting the date, name, chapter or section you will be taking notes from. - Leave space in the left margin or between ideas for your own comments or questions. - Keep textbook notes separate from class notes. - Try not to copy information directly from the textbook into your notes. Instead, summarize the information in your own words. This will help you to concentrate and learn. - Summarize the main ideas at the end of your notes and circle them.
