Job satisfaction "Job satisfaction is defined as "the extent to

which people like (satisfaction) or dislike (dissatisfaction) their jobs"

To determine the satisfaction level of the

teachers regarding job.

To study various factors influencing job

satisfaction and give suggestions for

improving the same.

Research methodology means defining the problem

in a systematic way. In it we study the various steps

that are generally adopted by a researcher in studying

his research problem along with the logic behind

them.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The scope of the study is Punjab College of

Technical Education(PCTE) group of

institutes,Ludhiana.

SAMPLING DESIGN

Whole population will be taken as sample, this

is called census sampling.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT Questionnaire will be taken as

research instrument.

DATA COLLECTION

Primary data is collected by me through face

to face interaction with teachers.

DATA ANALYSIS

Suitable statistical techniques will be used to

analyze the data.

List of teachers may not be completed.

Proper response will not be given by the

respondent.

The process will be time consuming.
