• Collaboration with clear aims• Communication: Open, inclusive and transparent• E-mail is their preference, not web-based• More verbal conversation, less text -

Skype, Instant presenter, Elluminate, etc.• A clear plan before establishing online communities• Staff Development• Moderator/s – Online Community Management??• Technical support
