Valuable lessons learnt:

• Use a wiki with WYSIWYG• Assign at least one administrator of the wiki to

tidy, archive, delete old or unwanted content etc.• Provide training• Management as well as the wiki administrator

need to encourage buy in.• At the beginning of the project define policy and

practise for editing the wiki.
